Great spot!

Great staff; they were very helpful. They gave a great restaurant recommendations! Loved the complimentary drink at the bar and breakfast. And it was very close to the train station. If we are ever in Tours again, we will definitely stay there! And it was an amazing value!

Nice hotel, staff very helpful and had a great 3 day break

Good location. Short walk to the old town and nice walk along the river. Which as we have a dog is a must. Also staff, must mention Valentin, very warn welcome and very helpful. The room was very clean, comfy bed and great shower. There was a cost for parking but opposite the hotel and very secure

Nice hotel in a good area to explore Tours.

Nice welcome on arrival, good secure car parking. Room was a good size with separate seating area. Bathroom clean with a good size shower and a comfortable bed. Located near to the train station and a 20 min stroll to the historic centre and the main shopping area. We would use the hotel again.

This hotel is clearly used a lot by bus tour companies. On the two nights we stayed it was noisy early in the morning (6:30am) when groups of pensioners made an early start to hoover up the breakfast buffet before their excursion to the next location. We may have been better with a room on the top floor with nobody moving around above us.

Room was ok

Reception area old and seemed dirty. Requested parking and no reply , other Huey had same issue. Was told there was car park nearby which was free as it was Sunday, not true we had to pay.

Great accommodation for our rest day on cycle tour

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The location was close to restaurants, laundry and landmarks. Our bikes were stored securely in the underground carpark.

Not enjoyable and left with a dissatisfactory impression of Tours.

We weren’t very happy with the hotel and don’t feel it was worthy of a 4 star rating.

Air conditioning didn’t work; decor was very dated; hallway had an odour to it; there was no privacy in the bathroom as it didn’t have a proper door; parking facility was not convenient as it only had one remote control for everyone to use which had to be returned to the hotel before driving off.

The size of the room was great! A lot of space for our twins to play. It was recently decorated so the rooms are very modern. In addition, they have more parking spaces in the building in front of the hotel for big cars, so it was very convenient.

The price of breakfast was excessively expensive and the bathtub was very uncomfortable.

Good place to stay for a city visit of Tours.

Availability of underground parking space in the center of the town. (although requiring some skills not to touch the sides of the entry). Location was perfect, 5 minute walk to the city center with plenty restaurants and starting point of a nice city tour by foot.

Although having ordered a drink at the reception, the receptionist continuous kept checking guests in. After having waited close to 10 minutes, we left to get our drink somewhere in the city. He could have asked new guests to wait for 2 minutes to provide us the drinks from the bar opposite to his desk.

Hotel is perfectly located near the train station. WiFi is good. Breakfast is simple but fresh.

On check out I asked to call taxi through the reception. they called and said that taxi will be in a few minutes. I was waiting for it for the 45 minutes, and it didn’t come. Nobody warned me that there is no free cars. I was late to my meeting, a day was ruined. at the reception just said “sorry for this”. maybe it is just French style of service and hotel is not guilty. But it would be great if the hotel warn guests on possible problems.
