A convenient and comfortable stay in the perfect location for exploring Tours.

We really enjoyed the apartment itself—it was clean, comfortable, and ideal for a short stay. The location was excellent, right across from the Tours train station with grocery stores just minutes away, which made everything very convenient.

House keeping only comes once a week.

Cosy and convenient

Close proximity to station, 3 min walk. Good sound proofing. Mini kitchen a bonus. Good size room and bathroom. Luggage storage.

Checkin and checkout times and it's closed btw 1-3pm, so if you arrive btw that time with luggage you have to wait till they open. Bed and pillows a little too hard for my liking. Not a fan of shower over baths as they aren't made for short people or people with limited mobility but that's a preference.

They stole my deposit money.

Steer clear of this place.

This hotel is a fraud. When I checked in guy at the reception asked for a hefty deposit. I was doubtful but he assured me that hotel would reimburse me fully. I insisted upon cash but they ONLY take deposit through credit card. There's still no money. I will be filing formal complaint through Booking. 1. Aside from that, this place is not worth it. Plenty of other decent options in Tours. And the staff here most of the time is rude, absent or non-responsive (check out other reviews). 2. Also they lie that upon booking you're sent a special code so you can access hotel lobby (this memo is written on the front doors for all the guests to see). They don't. 3. I tried calling them at their emergency phone number - that number was unavailable and there was no Whatsapp/Telegram attached to it. So if you have a serious problem outside of reception working hours, you're screwed because there's literally no way one can contact them. Also they don't respond to your messages through Booking.com.

The room is clean and spacious with everything that you need to cook by youself. There ia also kettle, refrigirator, microwave in the room. Furthermore the supermarket is located right next to the hotel.

Overall, we were not really happy about our stay there.

The room was clean and well equipped.

The hotel is located near the train station and 10 mins walk from the bus station. It is not too far fron the city center. However, there are lots of drunk people at night in its area. There are no employees (very rude staff by the way) at the reception early in the morning and late at night, so if you haven't already check in during the day, you can't access the lobby. Actually, we have arrived at 6am and had to wait 2 hours outside because there was no one to open the door of the hotel. When I asked the employee if we could do an early check-in, he refused and said to not come back before 5pm. So we put our bags in the lobby and went to visit the city. However, when we came back to rest a bit in the lobby at 3pm, there were already people who were checking in. We were also asked to pay a deposit of 150€, that we weren't aware of. There are enough towels in the room if you want to stay for 1-2 nights but if you are planning to stay more, you should be aware that you will have to pay 15€ for extra towels (two towels).

Overnight in Nemea ApartHotel Residence Le Quai Victor in Tours

The hotel provide only two small rolls of toilet paper for two persons and 6 nights. If the guests need more, have to pay for it! This is the first hotel I met in my life! The women at the reception can only talk a little english and very impatient! I will never come back to this hotel!

Pleasant

Very central & supermarket just below which was very handy. Our apartment was quite large, beds comfortable. Swimming pool was lovely, it's small but you would often be the only people in it.

The carpets & sofas very dirty, well past their best. Very noisy at night. The gym equipment often broken. Maybe bit more plates etc in kitchen. We stayed a week & couldn't get a parking space with hotel although it is cheaper to use a local carpark only 5 mins walk away.

Made our own breakfast and supper. Cooking facilities were adequate, but awkward to use. Extremely small dishwasher, but it did work when you loaded it very carefully..

Lack of hand towels for drying hands. A person shouldn't have to use a bath towel to dry hands after washing them. Dishwasher rack wheels were broken and looked as though they had been for a while. Hair dryer had to be retrieved from the desk, but this was not mentioned when we checked in. Towels not replaced even once during a three day stay. Told this was because we were in an apartment. It seems strange that because it's called an apartment no services are provided, but there is also no provision for you to be able to provide these services for yourself. There is no way to wash or dry your towels, but heaven forbid you should want a clean or dry one before 3 days!!

A great city pad to stay a few day with an indoor pool.

The room was standard and perfectly adequate. The kitchenette had all one wanted. We only made cooked breakfasts. The room is close to the centre and restaurants, etc. The absolute great extra was the indoor poole.

1. The lack of parking can be a problem. We were lucky that we always found a free, pay-parking, in the street. 2. the breakfast on offer was overpriced at E 11.00. No egg in any way or shape to be had.

At the check-in no organisation, we had to wait in order to get the key. the personnel was not welcoming it was like they were doing me a favor. the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Even if they say parking is available, it's actually not. also they are not giving all the needed information about facilities, only if you ask. Before the arrival they blocked150 euro as warranty, which was not unlocked for at least 1 week

Exceeding expectations, very pleasant staying

Very close to the railway station and the central area of the city, large rooms, plenty of space, nice big windows- on two of the walls in each room, comfortable beds, large extensible sofa, big clean bathroom, nice kitchenette, modern furniture, large terrace from the living room, paid parking spaces in front of the hotel, swimming pool, gym...

Early in the morning there was a lot of noise from the opening restaurants outside, although I cannot complain about the delicious smell of fresh croissants ...

Staff at front desk rude and too busy chatting to help guests! we were told check-in was a number of different times, and kkept waiting ages whilst the staff gossiped.

Good apartment for a family stay in Tours

Clean spacious apartment comfortable for travelling with children. There is a swimming pool and a gym in the hotel.

Cooking pans and pots are rather small which is not comfortable if you want to cook something for the whole family. The fridge is also small for a long stay.
