The room served it's purpose, we got a good nights sleep to break up our long car journey.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The location is central so good for facilities close by, plenty of places to eat within walking distance. There is ample parking and at night there is a security gate for access to the hotel and car park. Reception were friendly and helpful when we arrived. We didn't have breakfast so

We booked a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds upstairs. However, the room was quite cramped, it was a lot smaller than it looked in the photos. It was also in need of a good spring clean and a fresh coat of paint. The stairs going up to the 2 single beds were quite steep, not great if anyone has mobility issues.

Not impressed bearing in mind the first one was fantastic and that’s why we stayed again.

It was convenient

The room was very tired no hairdryer and didn’t in anyway resemble the photos. Very disappointed bearing in mind we stayed in one in Granada and that’s the reason we stayed again not sure if we would chance it again after this stay. Reminded me of an American motel room.

The bed was comfortable with AC. Clean and nice breakfast with hot food as well as croissants, fruit and yoghurts

Late check-in, teens liked the mezzanine beds. Dogs allowed. Beds comfortable. Would we stay here again… maybe? but would prefer to book in the Poitiers one which was really lovely.

Slightly overpriced.. think had been spoiled visiting the new B&B Hotel at Poitiers airport and expected the same lovely fresh rooms as that one and these are sadly very small and a bit lacking in window and ventilation. We didn’t have enough space to hang towels up. The layout of the downstairs space is a bit awkward and nowhere to put your things. Squares of toilet paper instead of a roll. Just one pillow each which doesn’t bother me but my husband wasn’t comfortable.

outrageous, do not book!

Before arrival I messaged the property to ensure that late check in would be possible. They confirmed it is possible at any time at the check-in automat. Upon arrival at 23.30 after a very long drive, the check-in automate had an error with the server and did not work. We called the service number and after 40 mins of waiting in 0 degrees cold, a person came and tried to fix the machine. Unfortunately, he did not manage and told us that we unfortunately can not proceed with the check-in. We were told to find a different place to stay, after midnight. You cannot simply cancel the reservation at midnight without providing an alternative! I am highly disappointed by this treatment and hope that this will not happen to anyone else. The worst booking.com experience I have had over the past 10 years!

Cheap and simple hotel

Second time I’ve stay at this hotel simply and cheap hotel, if you have ground floor room you can park your car outside room great for carrying bags, Small room but only stayed one night, great Wi-Fi, plenty of food restaurants near by.

No tea or coffee in room only one pillow each.

We booked a family room and threre wasn't air conditioning for the upstairs unit. It was burning hot because of summer temperatures. At least there should have been a fan . It needs a powerful air conditioning unit. It was a disappointing stay other than the staff.

Overnight in Tours

Because of our late arrival, we had to self check in. We choose a room for four and were happily surprised that although we would all sleep in the same room, the kids had their beds upstairs in the mezzanine. They liked that and so did we. We were driving south and checked out earlier so we did not try their other facilities. Parking was free.

The check in process was not clear and we had no real guidelines. After a lot of trial and error we were able to get in.

Great place

The staff were amazing. Margot (hope I'm spelling it correctly) was very friendly, helpful and spoke fluent English. After a long 7 hour drive the place felt like an oasis. Clean, comfortable, great parking, quality bed linen and comfortable beds. All for an unbeatable price. Breakfast was delicious. Great coffee and croissants.
