Best hostel experience ever!

Wow, best experience staying in a hostel. The hospitality was great, the hostess was super nice and the rooms were clean very modern. Comfy beds too. The hostel is right in the city can be reached by foot or tram right from the train station. Definitely recommend this place !

Great location and fabulous bike storage. The room was small but had everything we needed. Check in was a little slow…. But the rest was fantastic!

We had to get on a 7.30 am train and no access to a tea or coffee… would hand been happy to pay…. A vending machine forgot drinks would hane made our stay complete!

Fun hostel with all the trimmings

Delightful hostel with pretty good facilities. Garden and common space was really nice. Bike storage kind of annoying to get to, but we valued the bikes were secure. Staff was lovely and location is a 30 second walk to the grocery store. Rooms were great for families and I appreciate the quiet hours were respected.

Kitchen was a bit dirty, "chill out room" was more of a furniture storage area and the bathroom in our guest room wasn't fully cleaned.

Did not feel the young vibe of a hostel which is the escence and only reason of staying in one when you are solo-travele

Good location however not exceptional given that any hotel close to the city center is good as well. It was clean. It is a modern building.

Staff did not provide any recommendations not even a map to help the host with their stay. When asked they just say take one of those brochures in the reception. I lost my afternoon after the check -in just hanging around in town thinking that castles were located to far for an afternoon visit. If you go there just take a train and go visit the surroundings right away. I was accommodated in the lower bed of the bunk bed which is literally on the ground. You feel like if you were in a box. Really uncomfortable. The kitchen is just a small space (very reduced) not suitable for more than 2 people. When more people arrived you meed to move away from there. Young vibes of hostels is not felt in this place. You see people from all ages and even full families with children staying in the hostel.that’s fine… however i would not call it hostel. It is literally a cheap hotel not a hostel.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, LGBT+ friendly environment, nice spaces. Possibility to use a shared kitchen to cook your own meals. Simple, clean and functional rooms. Good position close to the station and the city center. Nice bonus: upon your arrival they offer you a free drink

Sheets too much polyester...Not really hot water just so so not great for sore bicycle muscles and I HATE the fact they take 47 euros for deposit who knows when comes back.. why weird and insulting..they freak out of you eat anything in your room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere in the communal areas. Modern and clean. Individual lights, usb socket, fan and shelf in each bunk bed. Our kids loved it!

Great location for cycling enthusiasts

Private room with bunk beds was small but clean, with a nice view. The bike-themed decor was very fun. Location is fantastic for seeing downtown Tours. Nothing fancy about the room, but it was adequate and reasonably priced.

We were on the 6th floor, and the single elevator sometimes took a while. Complimentary bike storage was great but a little hard to get bikes in there. It was difficult to figure out when the downstairs restaurant would be open.

I feel my money is stolen by this hostel

1. I stay in room 609. it’s clean, quiet and also has a nice view 2. elevator 3. All the receptionist have a nice and helpful attitude 4. supermarket nearby 5. kitchen

The first night I booked is 25.92€ on your website They cancel my booking suddenly and I didn’t check my email after I checked in I didn’t know that The black woman who help me check in but she didn’t inform me the price change she didn’t say anything I got a email I got charged 28.8 € I feel it’s very weird because I didn’t know the new price in advanced I hope you can refund me 28.8-25.92= 2.88 € and I will delete this review in return. I am upset because I think it is about business honesty and consistency. thank you so much ! Merci!

Good place to stay for adventures to gardens and chateau in all directions.

Great location, not too far from train station, on quiet street. Easy walk to town area. Always cheerful greeting when we came in. Nice to come into a lobby gathering area with people chatting together, makes a friendly feeling.

A nice value in a good location.

This bike-themed hotel appealed to us bike tourists. The rooms were fresh and felt new. The breakfast was very nice. The location was excellent. Overall, this was an excellent value.

The rooms were as small as possible but still completely adequate. The rooms do not have Tv but the wifi was fine for streaming.

Would recommend and go back again

Very good quality for a low price. We stayed at a 4 bed dormitory room and it was very specious, has a small balcony, towels are provided and the condition of the room is quite nice. Lights and plugs in each bed compartment is super convenient.

A bit far from the station that I expected, it is a walkable distance but with some luggage it could take quite a while (15 mins).
