Room and location great, very helpful staff and best croissants of our whole holiday! Secure bike storage, tea & coffee in room, quaint top floor room, fine for one night and excellent for the price

Entrance and building interior tired and shabby, inside room lovely but tiny.

Location perfect. Staff very accomodating. A lovely stay and a great breakfast. They allowed us to park bikes out back and made suggestions of where to head out to for the evening.

The hotel was in a very central position next door to a good restaurant.

The hotel website mislead us saying that it had parking. It didn't, it relied on street parking which was an absolute nightmare. Had to park a long way off and carry heavy bags in the pouring rain, only to be confronted with a long climb up the stairs which again hadn't been disclosed. The reservation was dependant on responding to an email from the hotel after booking and paying for it. Just by luck we arrived about 60 seconds prior to staff departing, otherwise I think we would have been sleeping in the car. There may have been some clever way of accessing the room via an app, but I would never stay in a hotel that relied on technology to access a room.
