Exceptional place to stay at

We loved everything: the decor, great shower, the bed was very comfortable, the bedding was great. It was very clean, very quiet, right in the centre of Tours, near the bus, tram and train stations/stops, shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly. We didn't have breakfast there as we usually go to a local café. We will definitely stay there again next time we are inTours.

Highly recommend

Everything was great. Our first room was a bit small for 2 people and hubby decided he would like a bathtub. Staff arranged for a larger room with tub and we were extremely pleased. Staff was always friendly and ready to assist Ruth DLL our questions and the luggage ( elevator but still a few stairs). Highly recommend.

Nothing except the glass window in the shower that allowed anyone in the living room to look in was strange.

A wonderful base for Tours.

This was a lovely hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and welcoming. The décor is very modern, and the room I stayed in was lovely, bright, modern and very clean. It had everything I needed. The hotel is also in a great location.

Comfy but creepy

The beds were very comfortable, the bath towels were big and soft, the young people at reception were lovely

It was like a spook alley going to our rooms- dark floor, dark walls, dark ceilings with strange characters from old posters on our doors. Kind of creepy. Room was not like the ones shown in the website - much smaller. Location is great for the train station but not in the charming old town

Stylish room

The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the train station. The service was okay. My room rate did not include breakfast, so I cannot evaluate this aspect. My only reservation was the size of the room, which I consider small but still very comfortable and pleasant.

Friendly helpful staff Good breakfast Room was very clean

Nowhere to stop outside hotel to load/unload luggage. Location of hotel is in a really bad area of Tours. Did not feel safe to leave hotel at night. Wasn’t given a quiet room as requested so had to move room. New room was quiet but there were cooking smells when opened the window! Lift was very small and slow and there were lots of steps in-between floors, even after using the lift. Public stairs and corridors very dark. Room was too hot as Air Conditioning did not work. Bathroom did not have a door so not very private!

The eclectic design of the hotel is appealing The staff are very kind and the breakfast was great. The dining room is well designed and a great assortment. Ugo, who was the looking after the morning dining was welcoming and made us feel comfortable.

complimentes to the young 'concierge' who had to handle three false fire alarms on the 20th July at 7:00 in the morning, grumpy guests accordingly, and the the complete breakfast all on his own!! Kudos!!

Clean, comfortable, and lovely staff

I landed at LABE through a last-minute booking after a series of bad experiences with A**bnb. Their staff were caring and reassuring and let me know I would be well taken care of and safe for the remainder of my stay. They were not wrong. The rooms are clean, the bedding comfortable and so clean as well, and they have up-to-date amenities, including Chromecast in every room. The hotel is in a central location in Tours.

There’s little room for improvement at this hotel, but for the sake of being constructive, they could consider improving the accesibility of their premises. This may not be a good choice of hotel with people with reduced mobility or who use a wheelchair. I traveled with a lot of luggage and moving in and out of the hotel was a bit challenging, even if they have an elevator.

Warm and convenient place to stay in Tours

Staffs there were very helpful. Food for room service were in good quality and delicious. Breakfast were very fresh, energetic and delicious. Good location from train station and get around the beautiful ancient city.

They have elevator for upstairs. But outside the elevator the beautiful stairs are very complicate though they carefully used different colours to indicate their way.

Parfait pour quelques jours a Tours !!

Hôtel tres bien situé près de la gare et du tram , parking a proximité ce qui est tres pratique. Chambre tres jolie , literie confortable et Hôtel vraiment calme et propre. Possibilité de prendre un verre ou un café au bar en bas , personnel agréable et disponible. Petit déjeuner varié, de qualité avec des produits frais aussi bien salés que sucrés.

Le manque d intimité de la salle de bain qui est ouverte sur la chambre et face a la fenêtre...même sans vis a vis proche cela peut rester un peu gênant. Mais c est un détail malgré tout ,nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour

Très bon emplacement pour un petit séjour à Tours.

Très bel emplacement de cet hôtel, un très bon accueil, la chambre a un bel espace et la décoration est assez sympa. Il ne manque de rien. En bas à l'accueil, la décoration est très bien faite.

Ce qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est le chauffage dans la salle de bains, il n'y en a pas. Il faut ouvrir la porte de la chambre pour chauffer celle-ci. On y arrive, mais pour un quatre étoiles...

Hôtel cosy idéalement bien situé

La jeune fille à l'accueil est adorable et très serviable. Ensuite l'emplacement est ultra central sans les inconvénients du bruit car l'hôtel est très bien insonorisé et ça c'est capital. Et enfin la chambre est très cosy avec rien à redire sur la propreté. Je reviendrai c'est sûr.

Hôtel surprenant

Agréable surprise en entrant, l'hôtel est d'une originalité on se croirait à la fois. dans une auberge du 19ème siècle et d'un château. La déco, le charme, les équipements tout y est!! Le service est impeccable, on se croirait à la maison. Merci Sofia pour votre accueil et votre bonne humeur. On était un groupe de 10 on a été merveilleusement bien reçu.
