Terrible! Not the appartment we paid £138

This was not the property we choose and paid for, the company Urban Flats in Paris changed our booking through booking.com 2 hrs before we were due to fly out. They put us in a smaller appartment that drank of sewerage and urune. We had my 77 year old mother with us so when we asked to be changed they couldn't facilitate with an appartment with a lift. I have been trying to get some sort of compensation or refund from them but to of no avail.

Great location, well furshined apartment
Location and apartment amenities are great. It’s a great place for sightseeing as the metro station is right on the street end.
The building has residents and during weekdays nosie has to be kept low after 8 pm. With a house full of kids or friends / family on vacation it’s hard to keep it down that early.

Great location, very central, easy to get to the Louvre, and Pompidou Centre / Seine etc. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable
The "dressing" which had been done for the pictures were all removed, so it was more functional than it had appeared, but that didn't matter much, we were there for the location

Goede locatie, prima bedden, meer dan voldoende ruimte en slaapplaatsen voor onze groep. Het inchecken om de hoek was eenvoudig.

Un séjour chaotique marqué par l’insalubrité, des relogements incessants
Une expérience cauchemardesque.
Dès notre arrivée, l'horreur a commencé : deux souris couraient dans l’appartement, signe évident d’un manque total d’hygiène. Un véritable calvaire. Paniqués, nous avons immédiatement signalé le problème. L'hôte, qui gère plusieurs appartements, nous a alors déplacés... mais pour un logement équivalent : un endroit insalubre, avec une dizaine de poubelles débordantes à l’entrée, des ordures jonchant les escaliers, une odeur nauséabonde imprégnant l’air. L’inconfort et le dégoût étaient indescriptibles.
Mais notre calvaire ne s’est pas arrêté là. En pleine nuit, nous avons été une nouvelle fois relogés, cette fois dans un troisième appartement, plus convenable, mais trop petit, avec une chambre en moins.
Ce n’est qu’après ces multiples humiliations que nous avons enfin obtenu un logement correct. Mais seulement pour deux nuits. Deux nuits sur l’ensemble de notre séjour chaotique. Aucune compensation ne nous a été proposée.
Je partagerai chaque détail de cette mésaventure à travers des avis, car ce que nous avons vécu est inacceptable.
Nous nous rendons souvent à Paris, mais jamais nous n’avions vécu une expérience aussi désastreuse. Le stress, l’inconfort et les déplacements incessants nous ont non seulement épuisés, mais ont aussi causé l’annulation de plusieurs rendez-vous professionnels cruciaux.
Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, nous étions accompagnés d’une femme enceinte. Une situation inadmissible et profondément révoltante.

Cuando estás allí te cambian dw apartamento, te hacen danzar de un lugar a otro a buscar las llaves.
Yo contraté un apartamento para 13 personas con 12 camas, y me dieron uno con 6 camas donde tuvieron que dormir de dos en dos.
Ninguna queja ni reclamación ha servido para nada.
Booking.com se ha lavado las manos y nos ha dejado totalmente desprotegidos ante esta situación en la que nos han estafado vilmente a través de su página.
Llamamos a atención al cliente y nos dijeron que verían que podían hacer.
¿NADA?, realmente no hicieron nada.
Un apartamento sucio, viejo, con 6 camas para 13 personas, con 2 baños para 13 personas cuando el contratado tenía 3. Una de las camas con todos los muelles sueltos, el ascensor parecía de película de terror.
Solo un juego de llaves para 13 personas, lo cual obligaba a salir y regresar juntas porque el acceso al edificio no era fácil, iba con un chip en la puerta, luego una clave y luego la llave.
En fin, no puedo decir nada más que me dio un terrible ataque de estrés al ver este apartamento y la desproteccion por parte de Booking.com y de la agencia supuesta propietaria del apartamento y acabé en el hospital de Paris con un ataque de estres.
Voy a denunciar y pedir daños a Ambas.

Jó lokáció, de a kiválasztott helyett teljesen más volt.
Nem azt a szállást kaptam, amit foglaltam, és minderről egyetlen sms üzenet érkezett 1 nappal az utazásom előtt. Az érkezésig nem kaptam kapukódot, telefonálnom kellett a kapu előtt, hogy bejussak az új helyszínre. 9 főnek nem volt elég WC papír 3 napra, ami azért gáz.
Nem volt elegendő WC papír. A tájékoztatás nagyon hiányos volt, és több üzenetet kaptunk a Booking-tól, hogy törölni fogják a foglalásunkat, ha minden adatunkat nem adjuk meg azonnal.

Schmutziges Apartment mit gute Lage
Sehr gute Lage, neben Metro Station. Großes Apartment mit vielen Zimmern und Betten. Mehrere Badezimmern und Toaletten sind verfügbar. Erste Stock geht ohne Lift auch.
Die Qualität vom Apartment entsprict den Bilder nicht. Das Apartment war schmutzig, vom Boden bis zum Betten. Die Möbeln sind teilweise kaputt oder beschädigt. In einem Badezimmer gab es stinkender, schimmeliger Geruch. Es gibt eine Geschirschpüler aber die Kapseln musste ich mir selbst besorgen. Würde nie wieder buchen oder jemanden empfelen.
