We felt very good, the rooms were clean, AC in every room which is amazing for the summer. Good location and the host is very friendly.
Not a big deal for us but when in a place are 6 people, sometimes the noice can increase and the neighbors will hear and notify you to lower the voices.

Excelente localização, apartamento grande e completo. Cozinha com forno, fogão, microondas, lava louças, máquina de lavar roupa e máquina de café. Ar condicionado novo e excelente. Anfitrião passou todas as instruções e deixou sabão para lava louças, sabonetes e shampoo nos banheiros e toalhas. Tem um mercado na frente do apartamento e estação do metro na esquina. Tudo muito bom. Recomendo, no padrão de Paris foi uma das melhores acomodações que conhecemos.
O piso é aqueles taco antigos e bem barulhento quando se caminha, especialmente a noite.

Het appartement werd onlangs gerenoveerd en het resultaat was echt knap! Gezellig, modern en warm. We zijn tevreden. Het appartement ligt vrij "rustig", je hebt geen last van het straatlawaai. Ruime kamers met smaak ingericht. Uitgeruste keuken met gratis koffiecapsules en fles wijn bij aankomst. Goede douche met voldoende, grote handdoeken. Ligging: kleine supermarkt aan de overkant. Appartement ligt tussen 2 metrolijnen. Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. De parking in de buurt (Franz Liszt) was ruim, proper en niet ver gelegen. We hebben een aangenaam verblijf gehad.
De metrolijn die eronder rijdt hoor je wel licht. De vloer kraakt wel als je erop loopt en de badkamer is nogal klein maar bevat wel alles wat je nodig hebt.
