Location, facilities, size. Elevator was great!
No air conditioner per city regulations in such a historic building. I was comfortable in early June. Summer might be hard. Electric fan was available.

Location is 1 minute walk from Gard Du Nord. Excellent transport links. Bakery over the road and mini supermarket in the station made self catering easy. Communication was excellent and accommodation and facilities were a very high standard.
The property is on a relatively busy street so there was some noise but not excessive and rather quiet for a capital city. One of the bedrooms is in the rear of the property so was perfect for our younger child with barely any noise.
