Great location but bring your own pillow

Great location and a cute little apartment with excellent air conditioning which was great for the weather. Excellent bakery and coffee shop in the same street and so much more nearby.

Unfortunately I was bitten by bed bugs. The pillows were old and lumpy and dusty, lucky I always travel with my own. The shower drain kept clogging but they did come to plunge it twice. I also was told the cleaner wouldn't come until 4pm so I rushed back to meet them only to find out they had already been earlier when I inquired as they had not been by 5pm. This was a waste of my time. Would have been better if they had gotten in contact with the cleaner to confirm. I couldn't use the coffee machine or water jug as they were not clean, I tried to clean them but the residual inside put me off doing so.

The location is Ok but the apartment needs looking after

The location was good and we were allowed to get into the apartment before the check-in time. The apartment needs looking after as the TV didn’t work, one door in the wardrobe was out of the rail, the flush tank in the toilet didn’t work properly and the sofa bed broke the first night we stayed there. Someone went to fix the bed but it broke again (it definitely needs to be replaced). The bathroom was clean but the floor of the living room and the apartment hadn’t been mopped. Plus, we weren’t able to register our data with the link we were sent and we were told it didn’t matter.

Place was unclean, all the pots, pans and cutlery were unclean and we ended up not using them all together, grime and mold and everywhere!

Brilliant location to two metros, very close to restaurant and shops.

The flat was dirty, there were marks in the walls. You need to provide a brush for sweeping up. In the pictures when I booked all the pics had a couch for separate sitting. I just had a small table and two high stools. I chose this apartment from the pictures on booking.com. my flat wasn’t what I thought I had booked. I won’t book an apartment through booking.com again for flats it’s good for booking hotels but not apartments. On airbnb you are very clear as to what you are booking. What you see is what you get. Lastly, there were mosquitoes in the flat which bit me all over both arms.

Owners were very helpful and accomodating. Area has a lot of dining options and very close to multiple metro lines.

Apartment is very functional and was able to fit our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 older children), but would be better suited for a couple or family with small children. Layout is a little awkward in that you have to enter the bedroom to access the shower and sink.

It’s at the center of almost everything. Transportation wasn’t a problem as it’s walking distance to train stations too.

The lack of parking and no lift. We had to carry our heavy suitcases up the 2nd floor. Aoart from that, everything is pleasant.

Perfect location and super comfortable

PERFECT. I received a day before my arrival a message from the host with all the necessary details to enter the apartment. Its so central and well connected to the metro system (it’s just between two main metro stations so it’s so easy yo travel around). My apartment was on the second floor. Bed was so comfortable so I slept so good. The apartment has a small kitchen with all the equipment so I could cook for myself really easily. Bathroom is new and really good. Plus it wasn’t very much expensive in comparison to other places. I would super recommend this!

Two minor things - in the morning you can hear the foot steps of neighbors in the stairwell because the stairs are groom wood :) and the previous guest left her hairs on the towels (which is were well washed and clean but were stuck on them).

Good value for money at a very good location!

Location, location, location! Very close to Rue Montorgueil with all the restaurants and boulangers, very close to both Chatelets Les Halles and Galleries Lafayette, Louvre and in general - it's 2me arrondissment, what is more to say there. It is true though that some sex shops and working girls are pretty close, but it does not feel unsafe / uncomfortable. The apartment is bright and spacious, the beds are comfy and the linen is clean and new. Wifi worked well, instructions on the door were clear.

The quality of cleaning is perhaps not the best, we decided to mop the floors to be sure. The apartment does need a little bit more maintenance, I would say, but it's okay(ish). It's a pity there is no dining table, there is definitely some space for that. There was not enough cutlery and no big pan, that should be easy to fix. There is no dishwasher, which is a pity. Then again - just go and have dinner at Rue Montorgueil )

Location is perfect, close to everywhere. Apartment is nice, furniture, comfort.

Cleaness could be improved, it was not bad, but it could be improved. There is no elevator, it is a 3rd floor and with heavy luggage it was hard to arrive.

I paid for 6 nights to stay, but for my chrismas trip good, I checked out after first night.

The host is kindly with fast feedback and room is the same as website pic, but this is all good site for this room.

1.The location is in Paris zone 2, but just near red-light district, so need to be careful for anyone travel Paris first time. 2.The bathroom drain hole blocked, water flooded which we took bath or use washstand, and the tube was bare, you can saw the dirt when you used the bathroom 3.For this quality, the price is too expensive, compare with other hotel we stay for leftover 5 nights.

Washing machine is outside for sharing, and while we wash other residents actually switch-off the machine. End up we had to travel with wet clothing to another city.

Goed bereikbaar en heel rustig/stil, maar teleurstellende hygiene en communicatie.

Goede locatie, stille omgeving.

De kamer en badkamer vloeren waren niet schoon. Er lagen overal nog pluizen en haren, elastiekjes en haarspelden, ook in bed onder het dekbed lag een plakkerige oplaad-verdeeldoos, heel apart. Heb bovenstaande gemeld aan iemand die zich als beheerder opstelde en die beloofde dat de volgende dag schoongemaakt zal worden. Voor de 4 dagen van verblijf werd er niets aan gedaan. De oplossing voor een piep uit het brandalarm was het uithalen van de batterij en de opmerking dat hij op 5 min van de accommodatie woont als er een brand zou zijn. Het laken past verder ook niet op de matras en er mag een tweede drinkglas bij aangezien het voor 2 gasten verhuurd wordt.

Für 4 Tage in Ordnung.

Lage war gut. Im Appartement fehlen Tassen und Gläser. Das was zur Verfügung stand ist klar zu wenig. Zum Beispiel würde ein Topf fehlen um zum Beispiel Eier zu kochen.

Am Freitag Morgen war ein unglaubliches Getrampel vermutlich im Stockwerk darüber zu erdulden.

La ubicacion y el colchon era comodo

He pagado un precio MUY superior a lo que vale. La funda del colchon estaba llena de manchas... Alquilo un apartamento para tener libertad de comidas y me encuentro con que SOLO TENEMOS 1 VASO. Hemos estado 5 dias duchandonos y secandonos con la misma toalla ya que no habia lavadora y solo nos dejaron 3 toallas para toda la estancia... Es MINUSCULO, que para ducharte y dormir perfecto para algo mas... Limpieza la JUSTA y en 5 dias nadie ha pasado por alli a pesar de que en el pago añadian un suplemento por limpieza. El edificio es antiquisimo y las escaleras son de madera desgastadas nivel que crujen mucho y escuchas TODO... Muy caro paro lo que ofrece.

La porta dell appartamento non si apriva dopo tanto è arrivata una persona che ha visto che non funzionava la porta, e’ andato via per ritornare con chiave e batterie. Siamo riusciti a mangiare un pasto al volo in quanto ci hanno fatto perdere tanto tempo per entrare dentro casa. Un solo asciugamano per asciugarci pulito ed un altro sporco. Pieno di ragnatele e polvere. Dal bagno arrivava un odore molto sgradevole da non riuscire a dormire . Il wc un solo scarico funzionava. Da chiedere il rimborso per aver anzi per non aver dormito perche non pulito e pieno di polvere!.

Le pommeau de douche était en mauvais état. Pas de nécessaire pour la douche ( type gel douche). Le fonctionnement de la climatisation était un peu aléatoire. Pas de piles dans la télécommande pour utiliser la box.
