It is a 25m2 studio, located on the 6th floor of a 7-storey building without elevator, exposed south side of a living room and north side a kitchen and shower room.
It consists of a living room with two windows, a small bathroom with shower and a toilet, a small kitchen Close to shops, restaurants and bars / brasseries and the theaters of Grands Boulevards. Located next to metro and bus stations.
You can easily move around Paris, a vélib station located at the bottom of the building. The banks of the Seine are 20 minutes away on foot, the Palais Royal, the Center Pompidou, les Halles 10 to 15 minutes on foot, rue Montorgueil 5 minutes.

Alexandre home is a fantastic place to stay. It’s near to many attractions places and near to many restaurants and shops. His place is cozy and you will truly feel the home culture of Parisian. Thank you Alexandre for great hospitality and allowed the luggage drop off. Very lovely place!

Our family of 2 adults, 2 children (11 and 8) very much enjoyed our stay at Alexandre's. It was perfect to stay in a real Parisian apartment in an amazing location. We were able to walk or metro or Bolt taxi around. There were so many places to eat close by. Alexandre meet us on arrival and allowed us a late check out which meant we had almost another whole day in Paris. Yes it is small and it is a lived in apartment but for the price and location and true experience it was perfect.

L'appartement est propre, bien placé, et correspond à l'annonce.
Cependant, les deux nuits passées ont été très compliqué car les voisins ont fait la fête de 0h30 à 4h30. Nous avons été les voir mais ils n'ont jamais ouvert la porte car leur musique était trop forte.
