Poor quality but good sized rooms. Needs better maintenance.
It was a great apartment. 3 beds with bathrooms. Good for our family
Very tired apartment. Poor quality furnishings. Dishwasher fit only for the dump. Shower and sink drains partly blocked. Shower overflows onto floor as drain blocked. shower head fell off first time it was turned on. Shower pipework falling off. Needs a thorough makeover, or at least proper maintenance.

Had not received the instructions on how to enter the property, only a simple email with the address and code for the internal door, not the outer door.

I can’t give any review of this apartment because another family was on it. It was a doble booking.
We arrived at 11:30pm from a flight with three elderly people, my parents and mother in law. My parents can’t stand for too long with medical recommendations.
It was a self check in and we encounter with this scenario, another family was in; doble booking.
First, the street and the entrance are in very bad condition, not as showed on the app pictures. The doors and stairs were in bad condition, the hallway dirty and those stairs; horrible, like in a horror movie. Inadequate. To bad I only took two pictures and you can’t barely see how bad it looks.
I contacted the property, Cedric, and he came to us. Although he apologized and made arrangements for a different property and remained with us until the end he mentioned he was being nice for helping, he didn’t had to and others wouldn’t, making us feel bad and blamed. Also, spoke about getting us a taxi being reimbursed to the different property despite we had to get the taxi ourselves (was very difficult at that time) and was never reimbursed.
(I made reservations for 8 at the beginning but asked and notified the property three months in advance we were 9, it was approved)
In addition, Cedric and Booking.com consider that because we were moved to a smaller apartment, for six people instead of nine; two sleeping in an air mattress and another on the floor but close to the Eiffel Tower it was an upgrade. Wow, this is an insult.
We make reservations based in our needs within our budget. For us is irrelevant being too close to a popular site, I’m traveling with elderly people and we need comfort not a crowded place where restaurants are tourist traps. Again, we look for comfort, markets, better restaurants and neighborhood. But no, we should feel grateful and ashamed for this arrangement.
This being said both Booking.com and Suite Abraham got an F, the worst review.
Don’t book in this place, very sketchy.

Location, size, baths, washer-dryer.
Dirty dishwasher moldy smelling so we wouldn’t use it but did run it to try and clean. No toaster or ice tray which seemed odd for an apt this size.

clean, warm, beds were comfortable showers were good but small. entry code and instructions were good. asked for a crib but it wasn’t there

Good
The location is fantastic and so central and so easy to get to / from gare du nord and even to Stade de France.
It accommadated 2 x families with 2 x kids each very well. Plenty of sleeping options with 3 x double beds and 2 fold out couches.
The door code system I think is fantastic rather than keys, this is a great system.
It has laundry facilities which are great to have for families.
Plenty of towels which was great also.
TV with extra channels was great
The kitchen sink is in an awkward place in the corner and made it tricky to wash things. It's a strange set up?
The dishwasher didn't work very well or at all when we were there. I definitely think it needs replacing as the wheel has come off the bottom rack.
There was no hanging facilities in the room with the shower / toilet en suite and the door on the wardrobe had come off its wheels as it didn't slide.
Replace the ironing board as it is not fit for purpose.
The dining room chairs are very uncomfortable to sit on.
Would suggest putting drawers for the cutlery in the kitchen as it is awkward bending down into the cupboard to find what you needed.
Would suggest putting a folder together with instructions and information about how to use the dishwasher and appliances e.g TV.
The apartment is lovely but needs a bit of TLC and more attention to detail.

Good and bad
Great location, we were 20-25 min walk to all major sights. Convenience to grocery stores, restaurants, transportation. The washer dryer was a great bonus and we used it a lot. All the rooms had heaters and AC. It was nice to hv a place to gather altogether in the family room/kitchen
I called the property manager a few times and Cedric did try to resolve our problems promptly however, there were things we were very disappointed with. Upon arrival, we were tired from jet lag and layed down to sleep in the beds. The linens were not cleaned, they smelled like somebody else’s body odor. There were clean sheets in the closet so we just changed them ourselves and upon changing the sheets, noticed the thin mattress pad was badly stained. The bath mats smelled mildewy and my sons hung theirs on the balcony. Cedric immediately called a housekeeper to bring new sheets and towels. Also, the toilet had bad calcification stains and the housekeeper informed me that you cannot clean that away. On the 2nd to last day, the shower/sink area was acting funny. When you turned on the sink, the water did not drain and mysteriously, the shower drain flooded water up thru it and got the entire bathroom floor wet. We could not use that bathroom for the last 2 days. Again we called Cedric and I told him we didn’t want anyone else coming to the apartment while we were not there and he offered champagne and salmon roe for our troubles. I told him we would like a slight discount or credit for our headaches but he did not reply positively with that and said their company does not offer credits. He forwarded my message to his manager but I never heard anything back from either of them. The building itself is “ok”, not great. You don’t get a safe feeling upon immediately walking up the stairs, however once you were in the apartment, it was fine and safe.

peccato che i lavandini del bagno siano piccolissimi...non si riesce neppure a lavarsi la faccia..improponibili..bisognerebbe mettere le foto sul sito web..inoltre scrivere che l'appartamento è dotato solo di 2 wc nonostante ci siano 3 camere...non è corretto questo comportamento
