Location is perfect, host is great and very responsive, apartment was clean and had everything needed. Place is narrow and small, but well planned, nice choice for girls trip
Sofa is worn out, should be replaced
On weekend it’s very noisy, because the bar is just outside the apartment, though I knew that it’s a lively neighborhood, so no complaints 😁

Unbeatable location - walking distance from the main attractions of Paris. The studio was very clean, and there was amazing communication with the host with additional needs.
The plastic guide in the room is very outdated. The instructions for the facilities such as the TV and air conditioning were not correct. There were also 3 different pieces of information to say how to check out.

Everything in the apartment was amazing. Well organized, very clean, well located and big enough for 3 people.
There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, shops and things to do around the area.
The only negative is not about the property but the time for checkout that is at 10am. This was an inconvenience since most hotels and airbnb s have a checkout at 11 or 12.

The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is fantastic. The apartment is clean, charming, and well maintained. It’s a great base for exploring Paris, with everything you need nearby.
There is no elevator, and the apartment is accessed via several flights of very narrow stairs, which can be difficult if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues. The bedrooms also have no windows, making the apartment feel a bit enclosed. Finally, although it’s a two-bedroom apartment, it’s quite compact and may feel small for two couples staying together.
