Comfortable and easy

Close to the metrostation Spacious Two bathrooms! U can keep the keys in a safety box. So no need to travel with them in the city

Took some time to find out how the warmer was working. Maybe a manual is needed? There is no ice cube tray, can be useful in summer.

Great little appartment!

Great location, near to metro to visit all attractions. Lovely appartment. Small, but had everything we needed. Everything was clean and new. The coffee machine was a lovely bonus and the shop nearby sold the pods! Having a couple of pods in the welcome bundle was great when we arrived 😊

We needed to buy batteries to make the remote work to control the heating but once it was working we were lovely and warm. The bed is a sofa bed which was fine for us as we were only there three nights. It might not be ideal for a longer stay.

location great - less than 2 min. from metro and with many stores around. apartment clean and efficient. owner responsive. all in all - very convenient

the bed was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. upon coming hand towel were missing and we recevied them (with kitchen towel) only the day after. water from the shower always spills out. but generally, good value-for-money

• The host’s communication was excellent — very responsive, thoughtful, and sincere throughout my entire 4-night stay. • Every conversation was handled through the Booking.com app, which helped avoid any confusion and ensured transparency. • Traveling internationally from the US, I felt genuinely supported whenever I needed help. • The apartment has good potential in a nice Parisian neighborhood.

• The bed linens in Apartment 1, while neatly made, had an unpleasant odor that didn’t feel fresh or properly cleaned. • The towels also had a strong mildew scent, which suggested they weren’t fully dried before being put away. • The lock on the apartment door was extremely difficult to operate, and at one point caused real concern about being able to exit safely. I’m very thankful the host quickly sent their cleaner with a backup key, but this is a serious safety issue that needs attention. • Bedbugs in Apartment 1: I have professional training and extensive experience in hospitality management, so normally I do a full inspection for pests upon check-in. However, after a long trip from the US and an early tour scheduled, I was exhausted and did not follow my usual routine. A couple of days into my stay, I began noticing bites but wasn’t sure of the cause — until one morning I woke up and saw a live bedbug crawling on the bed. When I checked further, I found evidence that more were present. Understandably, this was extremely upsetting. I immediately reported everything in detail to the host. To their credit, most of the bugs I found were dead — and the host informed me the apartment had just undergone its third professional treatment the week prior. Unfortunately, the infestation was still active and clearly not fully resolved, making the unit unsuitable for guest accommodation at that time. I also provided the host with professional advice on the proper next steps for fully eliminating the issue. I do not blame the host or housekeeping — bedbugs are brought by travelers and can be a challenge to eradicate — but it is critical for future guests’ comfort and health that the apartment remain out of service until the issue is completely resolved.

The apartment was modern and well presented and for us in a great location.

The apartment was modern and well presented. We weren’t expecting a sofa bed, but it was comfortable and gave us space to relax between outings. The location was perfect for us—authentic and full of local charm. We enjoyed exploring the nearby cafés and bistros for breakfast each morning. One day we walked up to the Sacré-Cœur Cathedral, then wandered down through the lively streets toward the Moulin Rouge.

The layout was perfect, it was probably just under 900 sq ft, separate bedroom from living/kitchen. Clean, super comfortable bed. Had everything we needed

The locks were tricky to get into/out of apartment, but once it was figured out , it worked out. We stayed on the first floor, the curtain to the main patio doors was short in width of patio doors,felt like we were exposed a to outside. - it’s an easy fix of adding one more panel of blackout curtains

- Hard to open the locks to the apartment building and door . Took 3 attempts everytime to do so - Limited amenities - no toaster, no dishwasher, no oven, very small garbage bin, limited toilet paper, garbage bag and cleaning items. We had to buy a few items ourselves to keep the apartment clean - Not very close to city center.

Modern and beautifully designed apartment, spacious, good location, great value for money. Easy check-in process. We also appreciated that we were offered two complimentary bottles of water. The wi-fi has great speed. Air conditioning in every room. The beds are really confortable.

It's not that we didn't like it, the place is very nice, however, some aspects could be improved. We stayed for 2 nights and we were 4 people - we received an insufficient amount of toilet paper, coffee capsules and shower gel. No sugar was provided for the coffee - we bought sugar and more coffee capsules on our own from a shop. The cookware was a little bit limited and looked a bit used and not too clean. We had no dish soap (the container was empty). Some of the towels that we received had some stains on them and smelled a little bit unpleasant. The overall cleaning wasn't bad, but definitely could be better. A shower curtain would be ideal in the bedroom that is connected to an open shower due to two main reasons: 1) there is no privacy when showering and 2) water easily leaks from the shower into the bedroom, even when you're very careful. The overall stay was great and we would return as i'm sure everything that was mentioned will be improved in the future.

Excellent, modern and comfortable apartment

Very modern apartment, spacious and nice and cool (it was a hot summer day). Very tastefully furnished and well equipped. Nice and peaceful location with good access to transport. We loved our stay! The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly.

We loved everything apart from the mattress and pillows. We would have preferred a softer mattress and firmer pillows but we understand that every guest has different preferences.

Spacious and comfortable apartments at a good price and with nice owners who are always ready to help with any questions

Wonderful apartments, due to the small number of reviews it was dangerous to book, but we decided to take a chance and were very pleased with the result, large apartments with all amenities, metro 4 minutes walk, located in a quiet area and a good price compared to other options, I can 100% recommend booking, we were very satisfied.

The downsides were the window in the room that didn't open and the lack of a curtain and a water barrier in the bathroom, no matter how carefully you wash, everything will be in the water outside. But this is the only downside, I hope they will fix it.

The apartment was great—new and nicely furnished. However, it would be helpful to provide coffee capsules to match the number of stay days if a coffee machine is available. Also, the bathroom could use some improvements: there’s no shower curtain, so water spills onto the floor, and there’s no mop or brush to clean it up. Adding these would greatly improve the experience.

Pequeño y coqueto estudio

Ubicación muy buena. Esta a 15 minutos andando de Sacre Coeur y aunque se encuentra en una zona un poco alejada del centro está muy bien comunicado, ya que tiene una parada de metro a 2 minutos a pie del apartamento (linea 13). El apartamento es pequeño pero suficiente para pasar unos días cómodamente visitando París.

Super locatie, nieuw en snachts erg stil!

Het appartement is vrij nieuw en ligt in een doodlopende straat waar het heel rustig is. Er is airco aanwezig, fijne bank en TV mocht je nog even je serie willen kijken voor het slapen😉 Bed ligt heel lekker, alleen de hoofdkussens zijn wat plat. Het is er snachts heerlijk stil wat fijn is na een dag door Parijs te slenteren. Ontvangst, communicatie en sleuteloverdracht ging allemaal super goed!

De badkamer, met name de douche, deze zorgt voor 1 groot water ballet. Is inmiddels bekend maar kon niet direct worden opgelost. Ook lagen er maar 2 kleine handdoeken in beginsel, maar deze werden op aanvraag aangevuld.

Appartement tout neuf tout beau, très bien situé à quelques pas du métro porte de Saint Ouen ligne 13 dans le 18e. Arrivée simple et autonome. Jolies chambres et lits confortables.

Quelques condiments de base dans la cuisine seraient appréciables pour cuisiner.
