PERE LACHAISE - MONTMARTRE Trendy Paris center

Simple, functional, and exactly what I needed. Communication with the host was quick and helpful.

No breakfast included.

I made repeated attempts to speak to someone regarding access to the property, and parking. They never answered the phone, or replied to my messages. They sent a 3 page document which was badly written and quite threatening. The instructions for gaining access were very unclear - and impossible for anyone without a mobile smart phone connected to the internet, Only one phone could be used. One had to download an app, and then use it to gain access. The instructions were very unclear and the document needs to be rewritten. In addition, they need to warn the tenants that if they accidentally pull the door shut with the phone inside they will not be able to get back in! This is a very poorly explained process - and they need to address the matter.
