Stay here if it is one night and you want to party and don’t care if it is clean or has anything ‘

It was clean and you could stay for two nights ! But would not recommend for families only backpackers or young couples

The sink was not connected and flooded everywhere ! They had rules of quite Time but there was a group of travellers staying there partying until 1am .. the walls are paper thin . They do offer a coffee machine but nothing else no condiments and there was mould and heat pump didn’t work

Definitely not for six people

Me and my family stayed in the flat 6B, underground. The flat is very small for six people. The two bedrooms are roughly the same size of the beds. Our flat had mold and for some of us it was very difficult to breathe. There is no space for luggage, no wardrobes or shelves. The sofa bed is fragile and very often the ballast disassembles, making it impossible to have a full night of sleep. Definitely it is not appropriate for six people, it is for three people in maximum if they don't have much luggage.

It was clean, besides the heavy black mold on the bathroom ceiling

Very, VERY small, no privacy between the rooms, no real doors, you can hear your roommate breath, the curtains are for windows inside the apartment, you only have one window in the whole flat which is next to the maindoor, we noticed the black mold on the ceiling an they didn’t help us or anything

I don't think about going back to this apartment.

The place was damp and we had some difficulty breathing. Because the apartment was underground, a basement. There was no good ventilation and no closet to put clothes in. There was no lock on the toilet and bathroom doors. We were not informed that it was a basement until hours before arrival. There is no internet even though we paid for this service. Please refund part of the cost.

Teljesen praktikusan volt megoldva a kis tér. Gyakorlatilag 2-3 főnek vagy max 4 fős kiscsaládnak kényelmes lehet. Mi hatan voltunk -(családi találkozót tartva) az okos elhelyezésnek igy is szeparált alvóhelyek voltak.

Nem működött az egyik tolóajtó, fél napon belül megoldották:)

La décoration, propreté, bon rapport qualité prix malgré quelques points à revoir

L’appartement était situé au sous sol pas indiqué dans l’annonce ce n’était pas agréable mauvaise surprise, problèmes de réseaux du coup sur la télé on a pas pu utiliser netflix la première nuit à cause de ça. J’ai essayé de contacter l’hôte qui n’a jamais repondu. Et c’est indiqué appartement pour 4 personnes mais l’idéal c’est d’y aller à 2 car c’est trop serrer.

Notre hôtes mme tracey était super sympathique L appartement très bien sécurisé et bien situé tout était avec badge pour rentrer dans l appartement et un code pour la rentrée de devant pour Garage souterrain bien gérer et aussi avec une place privée

J’ai beaucoup aimé le confort de la chambre et la propreté de l’établissement. Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel, c’est ce que j’ai le plus apprécié. J’ai aimé la tranquillité du lieu et l’ambiance générale de la résidence. Le rapport qualité-prix était excellent.

J’ai adoré l’aménagement de l’appartement, j’ai apprécié l’emplacement du logement car c’était très calme.

Il y’avait des insectes comme : des araignées vivant et des cafards, les murs etaient sales, et il faisait très froid dans les chambres , et le code d’entrée ne fonctionnait pas

Genial y muy recomendable

Alojamiento limpio y con casi de todo. El anfitrión muy amable y atento, respondiendo a todos los mensajes al instante. Tiene un super al lado que abre todos los días. Las camas comodísimas y calentitas.

Se forma condensación por la humedad de París y que la calefacción es por aire. El metro pilla un poco lejos, pero lo demás de lujo.

Rien du tout car on ne s’attendait pas à être logé au sous-sol avec les enfants

Déçu des l’arrivé car l’annonce n’avait pas précisé que l’appartement était au sous-sol, on a fait tout le séjour se plaignant demander de changer d’appartement au point où nous sommes partis avant la fin du séjour.

Convenable pour un petit séjour, serait plus adapté pour 2 personnes vue la surface. Sinon c’était agréable.

Système pour accéder au logement était simple et très pratique. Confortable et c’était beau.

Le manque de condiments (sel,poivre…). La taille du logement par rapport aux photos très petit pour 4 personnes.

O proprietário é um pouco desorganizado

O alojamento é muito lindo, mais um pouco pequeno demais.

O ar condicionado não estava funcionando e é muito quente. Fora que o proprietário não responde as ligações e muito menos as mensagens, fiquei umas duas horas tentando receber a senha do alojamento com crianças pequena na rua isso tudo aconteceu pois não me mandaram as senhas (eu só consegui resolver já era duas horas da manhã)

Hned po příjezdu bylo absolutně nemožné najít vchod, nebylo značení nebo směrovky. Přijeli jsme v 22.40 a do 23 hod nešlo najít ubytování. Všude byla tma, bez osvětlení dvoru s labyrinty vchodů. A tudíž po 23 hod jsme se nemohli dostat do druhého pokoje, byl blokovány do dalšího dne do 15 hod.Druhy den po elektronické komunikaci přes booking jsme se dozvěděli, že pin již máme, nešlo ale pokoj otevřít. Z 8 členné skupiny dva lidí spali dvě noci v autě. Dopisování před booking bylo úmorné, dovolená zkažená kontrolou zpráv. Pokoj, který se nám podařilo otevřít, byl extrémně malý. B nabídce pro šest osob, bylo uvedeno dvě ložnice,ve skutečnosti byly kumbaly bez oken, kam se vešla postel a bylo volných 30cm aby se dalo bokem k posteli dostát. V společném prostoru se rozkládal gauč, kromě toho, že chyběly částí roštů, gauč blokoval vchod do koupelny. Takže umýt ruce po použití WC nebylo možné. Kuchyň byla absolutně nevyhovující pro 6 osob, nádobí a houbičky byly smradlavé, v ledničce do rána zmrzli potraviny. Nedoporučuji nikomu, obzvláště když cestujete s dětmi.

Il posto è orribile, lontano dai mezzi pubblici, l appartamento minimal, con una terribile puzza di fogna. C era la macchinetta a cialde....io un paio di cialde ed un po di zucchero le avrei lasciate per cortesia.

Pequeña e incómoda estancia

Era muy limpio, las camas muy buenas, blancos limpios. La comunicación con la administración es muy rápida y amable.

Habitaciones exageradamente pequeñas. No hay gavetas o cajones para poner las cosas. No hay un armario para colgar la ropa ni espacio para colocar las maletas. Solo hay una pequeñita mesita para poner tu reloj o celular y un pequeñito cajón para poner tu cartera. No hay en donde colgar las toallas. Dónde está la taza del baño no hay en dónde lavarte las manos, tienes que ir al otro cuarto en donde está la regadera para lavarte las manos. En la regadera no hay en donde poner el jabón o el shampoo. Los cuartos no tienen privacidad, sus puertas son corredizas y no sellan la habitación, es incómodo tener que arrinconarse para vestirse. No tienen suficientes utensilios y espacio para cocinar. No te dejan ninguna instrucción. No hay alguna escoba o recogedor. Una habitación no tiene ventilación ni ventanas. No tomamos fotos del lugar porque fue mu. El Wifi no funciona bien y terminas por usar los datos móviles. Me aloje porque pensé equivocadamente que habían tomado en cuenta a los clientes anteriores y que habían corregido sus instalaciones, pero todo sigue igual.

Bastante cómodo y bien ubicado, sitio bonito y barrio tranquilo.

Las tuberías y desagües olían bastante mal, al llegar estaban 2 televisores rotos, el espacio está mal gestionado (imposible convivir 4-5 personas como pone el anuncio, es muy pequeño todo). Y la atención de la recepción fue bastante mala, pone que hablan inglés pero no parece que sea verdad.

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé vous avez presque tout mis à notre disposition et merci à vous

Les chambres étaient magnifiques, c’était propre, on avait tout.

Il faisait froid et on n’avait pas de Wi-Fi. L’eau pour se doucher, c’était un peu compliqué, parce que quand on essayait de régler la température, soit c’était trop chaud, soit trop froid ; on n’arrivait pas à trouver un juste milieu.

Lenjeriile curate.Locatie amplasata in zona liniștită . Am avut magazin aproape .Statia de metrou era la 13 min .Prosoapele foarte curate .Am avut caldura .Domnul de la curățenie a fost foarte amabil .

Am stat 6 nopți și nu s-a făcut curat deloc,nici nu am avut o mătură sau făraș să facem noi curat . Nu am avut saci de gunoi.Ar trebuii o rolă de hârtie . La intrare în clădire ar trebuii să se măture . Terasa la fel .
