Paris 19th: 2 rooms of about 40 m², very clean, on the 5th floor with elevator, can accommodate 4/5 people,
The very bright apartment, has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and plenty of storage overlooking a living room with sofa bed 2 comfortable.
A crib can be put at your disposal.
The young and trendy neighborhood is very nice and lively.
Market, shops, restaurants, bars, cinemas, theaters, concert hall, large parks, ballades, swimming pool, ice rink, tennis, football ... are nearby.
Equipment:
Fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle, complete crockery, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, stereo, ...
Linen (bed linen and towels) is provided.

Location: 2 steps from the City of Science and Music, the Villette, Zenith and Philharmonie and Park Buttes Chaumont.
Access is easy by car, possibility of parking in the building (extra charge), Autolib and Velib at the foot of the building.
Transport: 5 minutes from metro Station "Porte de Pantin" (line 5) and bus (No. 75, Tram 3b).

This property was exactly what we needed. The convenient location and proximity to the metro station was wonderful. The surrounding area had wonderful restaurants at great prices. Grocery stores and convenience stores were within walking distance. Nicole is a wonderful host and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. well.

A place worth concidering if you need a sleepover

This place was great, it did sleep 5 people however a little squeezed but since we were traveling with little kids it was fine. It was within walking distance to an amazing park and a street full of restaurants, cafes, and bakery! The park was huge! Lots of friendly people, lots of things to do for kids and adults. My only suggestion would be (and this coming from the US of course where we have this in most home) to add air conditioning at the very least during the summer months. It was very hot and humid and that would have made the place an even better place to stay! We loved it and loved the area. Just an fyi while it is “close” to the landmarks (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, etc) it is still far enough that the cost to get to those places by Uber or taxi can be a bit pricey.

Nice two rooms apartment near metro. It has everything you need, the owner was very pleasant and willing to help with any questions. Supermarkets and bakeries are just around the corner, kitchen has all kitchenware to cook. We had a wonderful stay!

Compact apartment. Big windows and doors you can open but the traffic noise is loud. One fan is supplied if you want to close the windows. Small kitchen, but functional. Cute (and functional) washing machine. Very useful to us! Beds weren't super comfortable. Small bathroom with an odd odour. Probably due to lack of ventilation. Lovely owner. Short walk to supermarkets. Local boulangerie 2 mins from front door. Close to metro stations, and about 30 mins ride to centre of Paris. Close to the Peripherique so good location if driving.

The good: Affordable, great little neighborhood, near the metro station, clean and maintained apartment. The challenges: Too small for our family of 4 (adults and teens), no fans or air conditioning in the August 99-degree heat made it very uncomfortable to be there, smoking is apparently permitted in the apartment and the smell of cigarettes was difficult to appreciate.

Perfect for a great city break! The apartment was clean and as described in the details & photos and was ideal for a family of four. The location was great too, being a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest metro station - in what seemed a nice area. Just past the Pont de Pantin Metro station was a large, open space adjacent to the Paris Philharmonic Hall, which then led on to the canal and the silver dome that is shown in the photos. We spent a day in Disneyland which was about half an hour by car. The rest of the time the car was left in the secure parking space which we rented from the owner and saved worry about where to park and I'm sure was much cheaper too. The Metro took about 20-30 mins to the centre of Paris.

I am very thankful to the owners , very kind and eager to help. At the end of my trip they even called a taxi for me since I had no phone and did not speak any French. If ever going to visit Paris again I will definitely stay at this place again.

Vi er netop kommet hjem fra fem dage i lejligheden i Paris. Vi er en familie på fem, og vi kunne lige præcis være der. Lejligheden fungerer fint, hvis man vil opleve Paris. Vi lavede morgenmad i lejligheden og vente først tilbage til lejligheden om aftenen. Lejlighedens beliggenhed er god - tæt på transport, spisesteder, indkøb mm. Udlejeren er sød og imødekommende. Vi ankom tidligere end beregnet, og trods dette var udlejer klar til at lukke os ind.

Sauberkeit: Oke, wenn man nicht genauer hinschaut. Check in: (Wir hatten keinen direkten Kontakt mit Vermieterin). Es wurde gänzlich Französisch vorausgesetzt. Die Übergabe war etwas zackig, weshalb dann leider das eine oder andere unterging (z.B. Ort der Müllentsorgung; Tipp: wenigstens das Allernötigste auf einem Blatt, vorteilhafterweise zweisprachig, notieren). Genauigkeit Inserat: Der separate Schlafraum hat keine Tür. Ausstattung bis auf Kochgeschirr- und Kochbesteck okay. Was wird unter "trendiger" Nachbarschaft konkret verstanden? Keine Leih-Velo-Abstellmöglichkeit trotz Tiefgarage und abgezäuntem Nachbarhof, wo jeweils halt die Autos sicher abgestellt werden können. Die Elektrik (v.a. nicht vollständig abgeschirmte Steckdose direkt hinter Herdplatte!, ist leider "unterirdisch" (pardon, ich bin im Grunde hart gesotten, aber ...). Lage und Umgebung: Lage leider an der in der Umgebung am stärksten befahrenen Straße; Umgebung aber sehr interessant und nutzungsdurchmischt. Bonus: Nähe zu Parc de la Vilette mit neuer Philharmonie = sehr empfehlenswert! Gesamt: Die Wohnung wäre sehr oke, wenn man nur wenige Dinge wieder in Schuss bringen resp. durch neue ersetzen würde (z.B. raushängendes Steckergehäuse im Schlafraum richten oder Küchen"arbeits"messer, die man benutzen kann; Tipp: wenigstens ein größerer Topf mit planer Bodenplatte u. eine Bialetti-Espresso-Kanne für Nicht-Filter-Kaffee-Liebhaberinnen wäre formidable!); meines Erachtens nicht wirklich großer Aufwand, um ein oder zwei Sterne mehr rauszuholen. Ich weiß, man fährt nicht nach Paris zum Kochen, aber abends bei schlechtem Wetter, noch dazu mit Kind, ...

We stayed one week as a family with three small children and enjoyed it although it was quite narrow. Mme Nakache and her husband are very friendly and very flexible as we had to leave two hours earlier than planned. Metro station is near bit 40 minutes to go to city centre at least. Fair price. We can recommend.

Owners, who live in the same building, are very kind and willing to help. The apartment has what you need for a short stay. We were a couple with two teenagers ( 15&17) and stayed for five nights. Parking available in the building if you are driving. We parked the car and moved around by tube which is just round the corner. Only things I might suggest are a toaster and a refurbishment of the kitchen which is quite old, the same as the pans. However, a recomendable ‘ pied a terre’ for your next stay in Paris.

Nous avons trouvé cet appartement parfait pour nous, une famille avec deux enfants (11 et 9). Le quartier était calme et accueillant avec tout type de services très près de la location, un arrondissement spécialement adapté aux enfants. L'appartement est tel qu'il apparaît sur le site, avec de l'espace suffissant pour être comfortable pour quatre personnes, très bien desservi et surtout très lumineux et chalereux. Les lits et les matelas sont de qualité donc le repos après les journées fatiguantes de tourisme est garanti! Je voudrais souligner l'acceuil si chaleureux offert par les propriétaires, disponibles à toute heure et pour tout reinsegnement. Tout à fait recommendable!
