Disappointing- we would not recommend booking this place until they improve standards,
We were very disappointed with this place. It has the potential to be brilliant. The location is handy for the metro and exploring Paris. However the apartment is not as described. There is 1 comfortable double bed, one double bed sofa and an uncomfortable single bed in another room. We were given only 1 large towel and 3 small hand towels for a family of 5. There was only 1 small dirty pan, 3 cooking utensils, a filthy oven, a rusty microwave, no kettle. There were only a few random plates and a few glasses. The bathroom sink was blocked. The bathroom bin has not been emptied from previous guests. The staff in the Creperie who have us the key were very nice but there is not a 24hr reception as listed.
We tried to contact the host to ask him to fix these problems but no response. We messages a few times to ask about handing back the keys but again no response. Interestingly when booking the host had been very responsive but completely ghosted us once we had paid full amount. Booking.com were also contacted for help as we would have liked a refund so we could book an alternative place but they were not helpful either as we still have not had a reply from their customer services!

The apartment would have been ok had there been fans available to us in the summer heat.
It was well located above a metro stop but the area wasn’t very nice.

The location was excellent, close to the metro station and the rooms were clean and tidy. I did receive some help carrying a few pieces of luggage upstairs from the shopkeepers below the apartment, though it came after a delay and was offered in an unfriendly manner.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with no elevator, which is not mentioned in the listing. Be prepared to climb several flights of stairs—this can be especially difficult if you have heavy luggage. Communication with the property owner was poor, and due to the lack of timely support, I ended up missing my train and incurred significant financial loss. The microwave was rusty, and there was no kettle despite it being listed as an amenity. Additionally, there was considerable noise from outside, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Es relativamente espacioso, con 3 espacios oara dormir, calefacción funcional y buenos electrodomésticos. El metro Hoche al lado.
El gestor o dueño(a) nunca envió instrucciones de cómo acceder al apartamento. Estando a la puerta, resultó complicado comunicarse con él. Al final entendimos que había que recoger el juego de llaves en el negocio vicino. ¡Un solo juego de llaves para un grupo de 4 con edades diversas hace el acceso total e innecesariamente complicado! NO tiene ascensor, y hay que subir 4 pisos! De ollas, solo había un cazo mediano. Faltan enseres domésticos básicos. Las toallas dejaban mucho que desear. El colchón del sofá cama era incómodo.

Recomendable
La cantidad de habitaciones. Esta bien equipado para pasar una estancia agradable. Esta un poco alejado, lo compensa que el metro pasa a una cuadra. Tiene las indicaciones a mano.
No responde pronto. Igualmente las personas que están en el restaurante de al lado muy amables y nos colaboraron con las llaves y lo que le solicitamos. Otra cosa son las escaleras, para ir con tantas valijas es cansador o si se aloja una persona con discapacidad no tiene accesibilidad. Pero para personas jóvenes está muy bien.

As toalhas não estavam com um bom cheiro e não tem elevador no prédio. Nós sofremos um pouco pra subir quatro andares mas o custo benefício anula esse problema.
