The location. Very near Champs-Elysees.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROOERTY. The host entered our apetment mid stay when we weren’t there and packed all of our belongings

The location

BEWARE! During our stay, the host entered the property when we weren’t present without contacting us and packed all of our belongings up (including wet washing I had hanging on an inside line and dirty washing), passports, toiletries, medication and put them in our different suitcases and placed everything in the lounge. FOR NO REASON. Plus all the linen had been removed from the beds. When we arrived at the apt to find this, I called her but no answer. The next day I called again and she was aggressive and said they were going to move us but then decided against it. Upon asking why she hadn’t called me she lied and said she didn’t have details to contact me even though she had contacted me the day before about the check in process. When I asked why the beds weren’t made she got angry and told me the place was a mess when she entered. This was a non-serviced booking so the hair shouldn’t even be entering the property let alone touching all of us stuff. Booking.com trying to sort it out by the host keeps changing her story and said she had tried to contact me when she definitely had not. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PROPERTY.

This is the apartment for fashion lovers

Large apartment, comfortable and in a great neighbourhood. If you like fashion, Chanel, Dior, Versace, Luis Vuitton, Missoni etc... then this is the place. Av. Montaigne is the road with the flagship shops.

The place needs some TLC, it's showing age. Fewer (good) restaurants and bakeries in this area than in other areas of Paris. Cleaning is passable.

Fort Knox.

The location

Apart from the kitchen the whole apartment needs renovation especially the bathroom. Shower and toilet is not big enough for large people. There are five entrance doors to get through to arrive at the apartment with two codes and a swipe key. There is also two separate codes to access the key from a locked box. It’s Fort Knox!

Refurbishing required

The spot was ideal, only a brief stroll away from the key attractions, which made city exploration a breeze. Quality bed linens and towels.

The apartment felt small for 7 people and outdated, and the furniture was quite worn. I noticed dust on the bedroom shelf and the doors were dirty. There was only one toilet available. The beds and mattress were uncomfortable and need to be replaced with a proper bed instead of a camp bed. The entry door was very difficult to open, taking several minutes each time. The kitchen door lacked a handle. The coffee machine was hazardous due to a broken handle. There was only one key available, and the intercom was not functioning. There were homeless individuals in the building, who had been evacuated by neighbors. There was no working fan in the bathroom. I would suggest refurbishing the place, even if it means a slight increase in price.

Don’t waste your money.moldly, old peeling paint, probably full of lead.

The only thing good was the location. For what I paid I should’ve got modern apartment. No air conditioning, cheap furniture, walls were cracked. The light fixture were dirty. Some of the lights had no bulbs and I’m saying could not see. Things were falling of heart. Do Not Stay here. I sent a message to the manager never heard back. I do feel I should receive a partial refund.

Very dirty very old, paint peeling, the smell of mold throughout the building was very nauseating. Everything is always used and not up-to-date. I tried to cancel. No one responded, I told them how it was and moldy and dirty. It was they didn’t seem to care. No response from the manager do not stay here. Black mold growing on the ceiling will probably make me sick and end up in the hospital. The smell will knock you out.

Small, only 1 toilette, small, sofa bed but did not fit with the table and chairs. Closet and hallway full of cleaning stuff. We could not use the toaster (breaker jumped)

Well maintained apartment with lift available for 3rd floor access. Safe and secure

Property located walkable distance to the Eiffel Tower, safe, secure & Lift is available for our 3rd floor stay. Proper instructions were given.

Bathroom curtains were seen black molds felt disgusting while bathing. Cooking pans were not available in the Kitchen, Just 2 beakers to cook were not flexible.

The property was delightful and in an excellent location.

It would suit 2 couples or 1 couple and an extra person. It was too cramped for the 4 of us - 1 couple and 2 singles. The 3rd bed was too low and in an awkward position in front of shelves.

Walking distance to both the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Champs - Elysees, and several restaurants.

We arrived after check-in time and the apartment was still not cleaned. Dirty towels, dirty beds and generally unkempt. They did resolve the issue quickly. Bathroom sink still does not drain, and difficult to shower when traveling with family, since the shower is open to the bedrooms.

Beware-poor value

Location was excellent

Extremely run down: paint peeling off walls, underwired and kitchen refrig blows fuses, mold in showers, faucets do not turn off easily and showers spray, toilet backed up, furniture(couches) worn, drapes water stained and drag on rod, radiator not attached to wall, safe not operational, requested and was noted to have extra bed -no bed, face missing off dishwasher so could not use. All fabric chairs stained with food. We really could only sleep in unit Would have paid twice the amount to get a unit that was functional. Too bad owner does not care for unit and either would not respond or would not answer questions when contacted.

Worth the stay simply for location alone but apartment needs some work.

The property is within an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, Arc du Triomphe, and metro/bus. We found many really good restaurants close by. If you are interested in high end fashion it is the perfect location.

The property has some updated items but still needs a bit of work. There is much paint peeling and the couches and beds are older. The walls are very scuffed and dirty and could use paint. The standing shower door is not fully attached and the sliding door may have some mold because there is no ventilation.

Lovely location, just a few issues!

It was in a great location on Avenue Montaigne. nestled in between Chanel, YSL, Gucci, and all the other fancy shops. near a metro, and we walked to the Eiffel Tower in 20-30 minutes. not far from the champs y elyses We even found it quite funny with all the security codes to access the building. For a property in Paris, I guess it was spacious, but it was not the same apartment in the pictures.

The main shower seal did not exist, so when we used that shower. all the water went onto the floor. The other shower was small, and the shower curtain had mould on it. The floorboard in our room was raised, and I hurt my foot when walking barefoot in our room. The toilet was very small and there were a few stains on the wall. The toaster didn't work as it blew the electrics. the apartment smelt badly when you walked in but once you opened the windows it cleared. other than these things it was ok. great location. I would've appreciated a response from the owner about these things as I messaged on the first night of our 3 night stay. but we heard nothing. There was also very loud building work going on each morning.

The accommodation is in need of a lot of work, damp, black mould, chipped paint exposed brickwork No welcome package or information booklets, toilet facilities substandard 2.5 rolls of paper for 3 people for a weekend stay sink in bathroom not working. Not informed of construction work being carried out in accommodation below, that commenced at 07:00 constant drilling

One of the queen mattresses had collapsed on one side so only one person could sleep in it. Messaged twice with no response so had to sleep on a very uncomfortable single trundle bed

The location is great. The place is large

They have the worst up keep on the place couch is stained, afraid to sit on it, dining chair stained from food and grime. The wall are cracked and exposed. Appliances missing doors. Curtains hanging of rods. For the price we are paying put some money into up keep, your not the only place in town. I would not stay there again.

Flatters to deceive. Look elsewhere.

Set on a street with many high end fashion houses. This apartment (Berr02) flatters to deceive. Once inside it was all downhill from there. Apartment was in a poor state of decoration, mold in the bathroom, not even a hook for a towel in the toilet, over-sized furniture in the lounge, floor dirty under sofa. Not even a wine glass to be found! Avoid.

Very disappointing overall. Of the 30 pictures on Booking.com linked to this Two-Bedroom Apartment only about 2 relate to the interior of this apartment. Box to get the keys was difficult to get the code accepted, took about 6 goes before it worked. This apartment was severely misrepresent by the photographs. Location was great but you would do well to look elsewhere for an apartment in much better condition.

Great apartment and perfect location

Everything about our stay was perfect. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, and the location couldn't have been better. Everything we needed was nearby, and we easily reached most of Paris's attractions on foot. I don't think we could have found a better place to stay. If we return to Paris, we will definitely choose this apartment again. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Poor facilities, lack of utensils, air con was filthy, lack of toilet roll for a family of four, Fixtures and fittings broken, beetles in the bedroom, internet wouldn’t hold for a programme, no English equivalent on tv options, poor standards of finish throughout the apartment and not maintained. Felt like being in squalor.

Amazing stay in one of the best locations in Paris.

This property is extremely well located. The size of the apartment is impressive, considering the location. Everything is included in the apartment. Easy communication with the landlord. No issues. Definitely recommend this place. If we go back to Paris, will book there again.

Wifi is very weak. Must stay in the living room. Did not really mind as we were not in the apartment for long.

Lovely apartment in FANTASTIC location!

Our family of 5 stayed in a 2 bed apartment in a building with good security. Good facilities such as 2 x showers, wifi, air con units, washing machine, dishwasher with ample towels provided for.all the family. Fantastic location with easy walking distance from the main sites. Metro station closeby if needed, and taxi rank across the road. Would have no problem recommending this property.

Only a few minor issues with the apartment- a curtain rail coming away from the wall in the twin bedroom, and I would recommend some extra glasses to accommodate 5-6 people. Neither of which would prevent us from returning.

Felt cheated!

Close to top attractions and no more.

Property is poorly maintained. Shower is so low you have to bend down to shower your hair. Faucets are even not fixed so if you use it it literally sways left and right. Air conditioning was a mess you really have to crank open the windows so the hot exhaust can go out. It’s only a portable air conditioner. Curtain drapes won’t cover the entire window. I understand it’s an old building but it’s not an excuse not to maintain it or at least be honest about it and let the customers know. It is not right not to disclose all these to customers. The stay was horrible.

Since we only went to the apartment to sleep, you can be satisfied in the end.

Very nice and safe naberhood, very close to Chams Elysees. Very good restaurants nearby. Spacious apartment, comfortable beds.

Quite a few things in the apartment would need maintenance. The kitchen leaves much to be desired, there are pharaoh ants there!. And at least the corkscrew could be functional :)
