Location and size of apparent was great. Very clean and well appointed.

We only got one pillow each and the water wasn't very hot.

Great little studio in a superb location

The location is superb. Its about a 15 minute walk to the arch of triumph and champs elysees where you can jump on a sightseeing tour bus which will take you to all the hot spots. There's also a few grocery stores in the area with great selections for snacks and wine if one is ever in need.

City taxes were not included in the booking fee, so had to withdraw cash. Make sure you check how much you owe before checking out.

La proximité de la salle Pleyel La tranquillité du quartier et de l'environnement Logement très fonctionnel et très propre Tout était parfait Bonne explication pour la procédure d'arrivée (même un tuto avec des photos pour les codes et les différentes portes à passer (on ne peut pas se tromper) La responsable est passée en fin de journée pour savoir si tout allait bien 👍

Localização muito boa, a 10min a pé do Arco do Triunfo e a 5 do metro. O quarto é pequeno mas está muito bem equipado e está sempre bem quente (viajei no Inverno e chegar ao quarto com ele quente não tem preço!).

Système d’ouverture de la porte d’entrée des appartements terriblement bruyante …Ça réveille tout le monde !

Localização incrível! Próximo de tudo e, principalmente, do Arco do Triunfo. Check in e senhas tranquilas, quarto impecável na limpeza e bem equipado!

Ficamos por 3 diárias e não houve limpeza e troca de toalhas, que geralmente ocorre no segundo dia.

Un pied à terre idéal au centre de Paris

Emplacement idéal au centre de Paris, logement en fond de cour, pas de bruit de circulation.

Porte d’entrée des studios munie d’un digicode TRÈS bruyant et très long même après ouverture. Tous les studios en profitent généreusement et surtout le plus proche. Autres locataires très bruyantes, faisant de nombreux aller/retours à l’extérieur, discussions fenêtre ouverte et appels téléphoniques qui résonnent dans la cour.

L’emplacement. La literie

Le petit déjeuner qui n’était pas frais (pain et viennoiseries datant, pas fraîche qui datait sûrement de plusieurs jours), en arrivant la porte de la chambre n’était pas bien fermé. Pas d’accueil. Et aucun ménage de fait d’un jour à l’autre.

Le lieu est parfait. A deux pas des Ternes et des Champs Elysées.

Grosse déception par rapport à ce logement. Les photos sont bcp plus belles que la réalité. On sent que le seul soucis de ses propriétaires est de se faire une rente via plusieurs logements impersonnels sur le même pallier. Vous recevez un sms via robot avec trois codes d'entrée et personne ne vous accueille. Je sais que tout se joue comme ça en ce moment mais pour 180€ la nuit, je m'attends à un peu plus que ce logement sombre de passage. Impossible de prendre une douche chaude à moins de laisser couler la douche 15 min, ce que je refuse. Pour une nuit, c'est passable mais pour un WE pas. A vous de vous faire votre propre avis.

Les abrutis au 2 eme étage qui ne respectent rien Du bruit à 7 h du matin. Et le soir ça se calme à 23 h30 ça court ça claque les portes rien que pour ça je ne retournerai pas dans ce lieu dommage car le concept est sympa

J'ai apprécié de pouvoir accéder au logement avant l'heure prévue. J'avais une contrainte horaire et on a répondu à mon besoin. Les informations d'accès était bien transmises. A chaque appel j'ai bien été accompagné.

L'oubli de livraison du petit déjeuner. J'avais demandé et payé notre petit déjeuner et nous avons rien eu . Après mon appel, vos services m'ont informé que ma commande avait été oublié et que c'était impossible de me livrer mon petit déjeuner. J'ai fait une demande de remboursement qui est en cours. Dommage !!! La salle de bain et surtout la douche était trop petite !!!
