Emplacement exceptionnel avec à proximité le métro et le RER ainsi que toutes les attractions Madeleine, la Concorde, champs Élysées, opéra, arc de triomphe, saint lazare. Emplacement calme

The apartment is in a great location, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a convenient Carrefour down the road. Being on the fourth floor, we had lovely Parisian views from our windows and our boys loved the cute Art Deco lift and sweeping spiral staircase. We, as a family of four (51, 45, 14, 10), walked everyday from here to the Place de la Concorde in about 15 minutes, and onward to other attractions in about 30-40 minutes; this was brilliant as we were living in a quiet little oasis but easily accessing the more lively areas. The hosts were friendly, professional and helpful, with excellent and regular contact.
A couple of things for reference, the sofa bed is not currently working as a sofa bed due to missing slats and thin mattress; and (I think due to the era of the building) there is a funny smell for a few minutes from the plumbing after the shower is used
