Clean. Lots of towels. Tea and coffee provided.
Putting a double bed in the living area of an apartment does not give it an extra bedroom! When I booked a 2 bedroom apartment, I expected those bedrooms to be separate from the living / dining / kitchen area. I think this might be considered a fake description of the apartment.

Great location and has all stuff you need for a solo traveler / remote worker
It's very small, and not convenient for a stroller with a lot of steps and a very small elevator. Also, the tap water couldn't get hot, and when reporting this they asked me to turn on the tap for one hour to check if it really doesn't get hot...
