Overall, comfortable and clean stay.

Fantastic location to get more of a local feel. Easy to access and a lift available - very helpful given we had a large suitcase.

Very small - but we expected that so it was okay. We did find that the towels were very worn and frayed and we'd have loved a second/spare pillow.

Great Location, Cozy Space

We had a lovely stay at the apartment on Rue Saint-Lazare. The place was nice and cozy, with a working kitchen stove and a microwave, which made things really convenient. Access to the apartment was easy with the provided codes, and everything went smoothly. The only downside was that it felt a little small and could get cramped with our luggage. That said, the location was good and made getting around Paris easy. Overall, we’d recommend this apartment for its comfort, ease of access, and convenient location, especially if you’re travelling light.

Okay for solo traveler, not for babies

Great location and has all stuff you need for a solo traveler / remote worker

It's very small, and not convenient for a stroller with a lot of steps and a very small elevator. Also, the tap water couldn't get hot, and when reporting this they asked me to turn on the tap for one hour to check if it really doesn't get hot...

Bathroom extremely small.

Great location to restaurants, supermarket and shops. The lift was great. It was peace of mind with access to the building. Great security with 4 set of security doors. Coffee, tea and sugar provided but no milk.

OK, but we won't be back

Easy to find. Staff communication was excellent. Place was very clean. Price good. OK

It's tiny! Which is OK, but the split levels between different areas make it quite difficult to move about. The steps down from the bathroom get slippery without a towel, so you're in dander of falling. The most disappointing aspect for us was the kitchen. The lack of room made it challenging to use, but additionally a few basic items (eg a wooden spoon, tongs, a tea towel etc) would mean you could at least try and make use of it. Finally, the provision of a single teabag for 2 people for a 3 night stay is rather stingy!

Nice, compact apartment in a great area.

Great location in a quiet street and it felt very safe with the extra codes accessing the building. Staff were helpful and contacted us offering extra towels during our stay. It would’ve been useful to know clean towels could be provided during our stay at that start as we were having to reuse towels until we discovered we could get clean ones (we had 5 between 3 of us).

It was very compact & the kitchen area was tiny but we hadn’t planned to spend much time or cook there so it was no real issue to us. It looked a bit more ‘used’ than we expected from the photos, but nothing a bit of decoration & new towels wouldn’t fix.

Shower should be improved

Location is great

It’s tiny, you can walk around only sideways. The shower is horrible, it takes ages to get warm and it overflows in 3 minutes and the whole is room is flooded. You cannot take even a quick shower.

Great spot for a Paris vacation

We had a wonderful stay - the location was absolutely top notch. Check in was clearly communicated. The apartment was bigger than we anticipated given we were in Paris. We felt safe in the apartment. The kitchen had good supplies of plates, glasses etc.

Great location and set up for a short stay in Paris. Clean room and quite spacious for a petit Parisian apartment. Unfortunately lift was broken during our stay but could leave our suitcase downstairs.

Location, handy to shops and eating places, lift to access room. Heating for cooler parts of day.

No code provided for room access, I had to contact property via Whatsapp only and nobody replied me. I had to make an international call. Property only responded to my Whatsapp a few hours later.

The privacy you have and also you dont have to worry about the keys as you get an unique code for opening your apartment.

They sent us tea bags and coffee capsules, but no milk, water and sugar! Very bad breakfast experience. There’s no everyday cleaning!!

Average stay in Paris

Well located (close to supermarket, drugstore, bus and metro) few minutes from Lafayette’s Gallery. Easy check-in, elevator and it was well decorated.

Open shower (everything would get wet and we only had one mat), lots of noise from the elevator, heaters wouldn’t work properly, no complimentary coffee, tea, sugar or any other thing like salt or oil to facilitate cooking (even though there was a coffee machine), hard mattress and pillows.

The location is just supreme. In the middle of cafes, bakeries, and some trendy restaurants, this location gives you access to everything

The bunker beds make a lot of noise even if you move a tiny bit. Not recommended if you are with kids or a light sleeper

Tiny room. Code to get into property not sent. Took 30 minutes on the phone to gain entry (good job I speak some French!). Later on, I and another couple were locked out as codes not working again so another phone call was needed.

Clean apartment, everything was functionating well, number codes for all entrances, Nice neighberhood

Bed was very short and between 2 walls so no place to put my feet over it. For 1.94m I was defenitely too small. I assume it was a 1.90 bed. They did not respond to request via Whatsapp.

The location was great only a short bus journey to the centre of Paris. The apartment was spacious and clean and great to have kitchen facilities.

Good location and apartment nicely furnished, small but super clean

The lift was broken and needs urgent maintenance and repairs. It opened and shut its door all night in a super loud and very forceful way. The enormous noise from the metal on metal bang let all three of us not sleep very well and got so bad that during our last night we couldn't sleep at all. Also, there description promises a safe in the room but ours didn't work. We let them know about that on the very first day and reminded them to fix it on a daily basis but nothing happened Thus we had to carry our passports and valuables with us all day which wasn't really what we wanted. Overall, disappointed of their service. They either should have fixed the issues or compensate us a bit for the inconvenience.

Good location.

Great location and view of Sacre Coer, especially at night. Local restaurants are very authentic. Good for one or two nights.

Small and pokey, especially bathroom however opening the large windows certainly opened up the space. Response from staff is incredibly slow.
