Two access codes were provided to us before check‑in, along with a helpful video showing exactly how to enter them. It was good that we didn't have to look after any keys. The location was excellent: a lovely bakery was just a minute down the road, and the metro station was at the other end of the street. Most mornings we picked up breakfast from the bakery and brought it back to the hotel. The kitchenette made things easy - we could store milk and juice, and the kettle, toaster and microwave meant we could make drinks and heat up snacks whenever we needed. There was also a stove with pots/pans, but we never did any proper cooking. A colander and big bowl meant we could buy fruit and wash to eat them easily. On our first evening, we took a 20‑minute walk to the Seine and saw the 10pm light show of the Eiffel tower. Then looped around the Louvre before heading back. They prepared four double beds for us, each with four towels, which was more than enough for our stay. Although there were no tea towels in the kitchenette, we simply used one of the spare towels on the worktop as a draining mat for freshly washed cups and plates. Each shower was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, so we didn’t need to use our own. There is a washer/dryer on the ground floor, so you can do your laundry while staying here. Also it was equipped with iron/iron board which was useful. Location and apartment was great. Would stay again if I was ever to visit Paris again with a group < 8 people

Description said that the property was on the ground floor, but actually the ground floor has toilet/shower and washer/dryer. You need to go up a spiral stair case in order to access the main accommodation. Installing hooks in the WC next to the kitchenette would have solved the issue of having nowhere to hang a towel. We had to leave a towel on a stool outside, so adding hooks would have made hand‑drying easier and kept things more organised. Note that this was just a very minor and easy to fix issue.

Sehr eng auf zwei Etagen plus kleiner Mansarde, die als Schlafzimmer dient. Das Badezimmer im 1. Stock ist sehr klein, das zweite Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss ist zwar größer, befindet sich aber im Eingangsbereich direkt zur Straße. Nebenan ist eine Karaokebar, weshalb es vor allem am Wochenende laut werden kann.

Great location. We are a large family (children) which fitted perfectly. The apartment is located centrally close to all kinds of attractions.

The upper / mezzanine room the ceiling a little low !
