Location was really good. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. The metro station was close by too

The apartment was a little basic. But for the money is was fine

For picking up the keys, we had very clear instructions provided both written and with pictures so it was super clear where to go and what to do - it was fun, a bit like a mini escape room with different codes for doors and boxes. Very easy to follow. We had some communication with Groupe WS before we travelled and they were brilliant, very quick to respond and very helpful information. We were invited to leave our bags on arrival too so we dropped them off about 12.30 which was great, leaving us to explore Paris without having to pay out for lockers or drag them around with us. The apartment itself has a couple of steps so for little children or people with mobility difficulties it may not be totally suitable - there are also a couple of cupboard edges that could cause a nasty head bump if you weren't paying attention. The location is fantastic, it is so easy to get in/out of the centre of Paris, it's just 2 steps on one line and 2 steps on the next line. In the evening there is a great number of restaurants, bistros and bars within a stone's throw of the apartment, it's well worth having a wander to explore - we really recommend visiting Passage de Panoramas (10 mins walk) for some quirky places to eat and Bistrot Rougement and the Japanese Fusion restaurant "Okito". Even though there is a vibrant food scene/bar scene around the apartment, there was no disturbance or noise because it is down a private enclosure. The apartment itself is fairly basic, it was very clean, comfy beds, basic appliances (no corkscrew though) in the kitchen. You could cook if you wanted to, you'd have more or less what you need, but we'd say to eat out and enjoy the french cuisine that way.

A little few attention to detail type things, the bin lid was broken in the bathroom - would only cost a few euros to replace; a corkscrew in the kitchen would be good as most of the wine you buy in France is not a screw top and some more coat hangars in both rooms where there are rails/cupboards. The curtains in the main bedroom are not quite wide enough to close fully, we worked around this using hair grips to keep them together in the middle as it's a ground floor apartment, you need that privacy. (You could use pegs too.) These are not major and shouldn't put anybody off booking this accommodation, but sharing as feedback for the owners to consider.

As far as I can tell, it's a converted garage into a 2-bed apartment: 1 bed is in the main room with kitchen and dining table, the other bed is in a closed off room. Bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Kitchen has a small bar fridge. Location is convenient for restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries, and walking distance to the metro station.

Since it was winter time, we found it difficult to heat up the main room, but the bedroom was cozy and warm for my mother. When one night another family stayed in the other converted garage next door, we could practically hear their conversation.

Functional accommodation that met our needs for 3 separate sleeping areas. Everything worked OK admit it was a good base for exploring Paris.

It was good to have kettle and coffee machine, but nowhere to plug them in near a table or stable surface, so had to improvise with a chair. The images on the listing don't match the apartment. It would have been helpful to be advised of the ongoing road works in the courtyard that started at 8am, with no insulation and poor fitting windows they were virtually in the room! Curtain to fit the windows would also be good and help stop drafts.
