Not a comfortable room at all. There was a lift but not working.

Location

The room was too small for 2 people. This should only be sold as a single room and the high chair were not suitable.

It was fine, but wouldn't stay here again

The location is good, we got very clear instructions on how to get in.

The room and bathroom had a bad smell. The place didn't seem so clean.. Also the elevator didn't' work so we had to climb up to the third floor with our suitcases

It was great location. Restaurants, supermarkets, bakery shops are only few minutes away. All sightseeing things easily to reach by feet. Apartment is really small but for 2 nights it was all we need. For longer stay I would like to have more space for 4 people. Especially when 2 of them are teenagers :))) elevator was also so small- only for 2 people and only in that case if both holding the breath. Otherwise it is only for 1 person, or 1 bigger luggage (separately). But we all like sports so for us it also wasn’t a problem.

For short trip I have no complaints but for longer period it would be too small space for 4 persons

The ventilation system seemed outdated as it only worked when the lights were on. Also the bathroom tap was loose and you could only run hot water through it

All of us know how it is very hot in Europe, No Air conditioning in the room really it is horrible. Also a lot of things in a very narrow space

Amazing location and wonderful area

The property is in an awesome and amazing location and very close to Metro and walking distance to Louvre and many other major attractions.

The rooms are exceptionally small but that wasn’t the issue there was no way to open the connecting room windows to allow air flow. This makes the main bedroom exceptionally hot at night.

It was very basic, no facilities like tea and coffee etc. it was quite dusty and unclean in some areas too.

Awful, locked out twice with door code error

Location was good, opposite the metro

Unfortunately our front door code didn’t work twic, first time we had to wait two hours for someone to come out of the building, second occasion was the morning we were due to catch flights to leave, we went over to the coffee shop at 7am and couldn’t get back into the building and had a 10.15 flight. It was incredibly stressful and we were lucky that a mum left the building at 8am and let us in, we only had minutes to spare to catch our flight. The manger didn’t care you could only message by WhatsApp and said she’d look into it. That’s all. Put such a poor experience on our 3 day stay. They should be allowed to remain on this site

Enjoyed our family stay in the quite street prime location.

Location super. Easy entance. Safe. Quite. Elevator. Comfy bads. All the apartments on the floor belong to the same partnership and very professional. . 2 rooms separate.

Very tiny, 2 parents 2 kids couldn't really move around. Hard to eat inside. Toilet and the bath same room. The bads end sharp (bad that can be closed into the wall),

Quite uncomfortable

The property managed to do a good job in trying to make it efficient in a small space.

The right door of the down cabinet in kitchen was already broken when we arrived, the water drainage system in the bathroom was not good. The flooring sounds when you walk. It was not easy to work in this apartment, the ventilation is bad., very uncomfortable stay.

the customer service the call center team from ws lying to us about the room being clean the day before i called i arrived it was dirty i called for cleaning they said i ahve to pay i paid and they didnt come clean so i left the room and stayed somewhere else

Pretty room, but overpriced.

Excellent central location, the beautiful Rue des Martyrs is close by, and it's just a short walk to Opera Garnier.

The footings of our bed broke on the second night of our stay. It was clear on inspection that they had been broken in the past and hastily / cheaply replaced. At a minimum I expect my bed not to break. There was an unpleasant smell in the entryway of the apartments.

Disappointing

The so-called 'apartment' is just one room partitioned into 2 small bedrooms with a cramped kitchenette in the larger bedroom - ie no window at the back, and hence poor ventilation (there is no air-conditioner) and so the back room was hot and stuffy (it got up to 28 degrees in Paris the days we were there). Poor value for money, like so much else in Paris.

The property was very pretty and well located. The instructions were super helpful and even though we were situated on a busy road the windows were excellent sound barriers so we slept peacefully

1) since there was NO WAY to dry the bath towels, they should have changed them every day. we asked for a daily change of towels for a fee and even if they accepted at the beginning , finally no one changed them and every time we tried to reminder them pur request, a different colleague appeared who wasn’t informed for our request. So, disorganized and indifferent employees towards customers

not exactly an apartment // no privacy in one of the bedrooms // the front bedrooms bed is at the exact same level with the router that’s blinking lights all night long // stuff took long to reply // one of the cabinet doors was broken , exposing the trash can right beside the bed and took them 5 days to come fix it .
