Emplacement très pratique, dans un quartier animé et central. Accès très commode au logement, avec un système efficace d'accès à l'appartement. Pour les dimensions parisiennes, l'appartement est de bonne taille.

Les photos sur le site laissaient croire à un appartement plus spacieux. Petite déception sur ce point, donc.

Der Vermieter sollete besser auf Sauberkeit Kuchen utensilien aufpassen. Gläser waren nicht top sauber.

We stayed in apartment #201. 2 adults and a teenager for 3 nights in August 2025. The apartement was cosy but had everything we needed, 1 small bedroom with twin beds, a sofa bed, kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hair dryer, iron, towels, bed linen, soap, dishwasher tablets, coffee maker and coffee etc. The apartment is located in a very quiet street in the 9th arrondisment. It is on the second floor with no lift. There are no views from the windows just a wall. It was warm when we visited Paris but there was some fans in the apartment to help us 🥵 The owners were in contact from the beginning to the end of our stays, although we never met them. We checked in online, there are no keys just a keypad. Check in is 4pm and checkout is 10am with possibilities of dropping your luggage from 12.30pm. The area is lovely with loads of small businesses and restaurants, delis etc. Very close to the “passages” a must to do. We didn’t use the metro walked everywhere. 25 min walk from Gare dur nord and le Louvre, 30 min walk to Montmartre, Centre Pompidou and le marais, 15 walk to Galerie Lafayatte and l’Opera Garnier. High Recommend, we will definitely book again when next in Paris.
