Very small things - replacing the fresh water carafe and glasses every day.

The location was close to everything, very clean hotel, Clarins amenities in the bathroom, good breakfast, turmeric latte was excelent. Thei gave as the deposit back very quiqly after our departure.
The room was a little too small but we managed in the end.

The hotel itself is beautiful, brand new and super clean. The location is great.
The staff broke our suitcase on our first day, the hotel did not assume responsibility and the hotel management has never contacted us, until today, 2 weeks after our check out. Unacceptable for the status of this hotel.
