Шикарна локація. Метро, магазини рядом, кафе зі смачними стравами на першому поверсі, старовинний, невеличкий собор видно з вікна, Лувр та Собор Паризької Богоматері в 10хв ходьби, до яких переходиш через Сену по мостам, в яких свій різний вайб) Як отримати ключи від житла повністю описали та надіслали в день заселення, при тому що ми приїхали пізніше ніж домовлялись, нас підтримували інформативно як скоріше знайти будинок. Це дуже цінно)
Не звертала недоліки, як в попередніх відгуках( штори, диван і т.д.) Я приїхала місто подивитись)

Die Lage und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sind hervorragend. Gelegentlich gab es Probleme mit Taxis, aber das liegt an den Taxidiensten und nicht an der Wohnung. Generell ist es in Paris manchmal schwierig, ein Taxi zu bekommen.
Die Wohnung könnte eine kleine Renovierung gebrauchen, aber der Preis entspricht vollkommen der gebotenen Qualität. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut.

Appartamento sporco, pieno di polvere ovunque. La camera era in un soppalco alto meno di 1 metro rendendo poco agevole e piacevole l’utilizzo
