Pretty much everything! It was perfectly located, had air-con (a godsend in a country where not many places do!), had everything we needed (including washing machine and cooking facilities) and was very comfortable. Was nice to have a balcony, albeit very small/narrow. There’s also a lift (very small). Communication and instructions were great too. Would definitely stay again.
I had a few issues filling out the forms and paying deposit etc. The staff were very friendly and tried to help a lot but it was a bit of rigmarole back & forth (I’m only saying this so that the owners/managers can hopefully look into to make it easier for future guests). It was a bit pricey but c’est la vie, that is Paris (& to have air-con & a balcony was worth it!)

Location was excellent. Easy instructions for access to apt. Comfortable beds and nice large bathroom
Skimpy on toilet paper for 3 adults
No light in small bathroom but this was addressed quickly.
