Excellent Location, Very Small Room

The hotel is very well located and the room is clean. It has a kitchen, which is very convenient and well equipped for a short stay. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get around Paris.

However, even though it has everything you need, the room is extremely small, much smaller than expected, which can feel uncomfortable if you have luggage or stay more than one night.

Nice stay

Location was excellent. The room was ok, but a little too small, in the photos looked bigger. The kitchenette was equipped with everything you need, the bed was comfortable. We were informed in advance that there was construction going on outside the room but we chose to keep our reservation and WS gave us a discount for the inconvenience, it was nice of them to do that.

There was no soap in the bathroom for the sink, only in the shower. Slippers would have been useful, considering that there was construction going on outside and you entered the room with a lot of sand on your feet.

Good location, lovely building.

Works ongoing outside but was advised of this when we arrived. Key code provided didn’t work & had to wait 15/20 mins before we could get in. Bed and apartment was clean but the floor was dirty

A shoebox with delayed check in and construction noise with mud

Good location. Private.

They delayed our check in 2 hours and there was ongoing construction. The room is smaller than it appears in photos. No room for bags or movement

An adequate living space in an excellent location.

Excellent location near restaurants and metro station. Very quiet. Very clean.

The design of the living space could be greatly improved. Two single beds 90 degrees to each other with a closet above one bed would quadruple the free space, and a hinged door or one that swings outwards could cover the 10 centimetre gap which currently causes the bathroom floor to flood during showers. With no AC it will be unbearable during 40 degree weather

Cosy and great location

Great location and cleanliness, easy access with no keys needed, a ceiling fan, a good-sized shower, a coffee machine, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Also, having two metro stations just around the corner was very convenient.

Small unit in a good location .

Location was good, a few minutes walk to the river, 10 minutes from Notre Dame. There is a fan in the light over the bed which we only discovered on the last day!

Space was very tight with nowhere for luggage which made using the kitchen almost impossible.

Compact but just what we wanted

We loved this little room - so handy to the city and particularly Notre Dame, which we were very keen to visit. While compact, it was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We even loved the little cafe and shop just outside the main door.

Sad that we won't be back when the courtyard renovation is finished!

The apartment is definitely smaller and less welcoming than shown in the published photos. Cleanliness was barely acceptable; when we arrived, we found spiders in the room, cobwebs on the bedroom ceiling, and more. Old and worn-out towels.

Absolut disgrace ! If you book expect the worst !

An absolute shamble of a place ! The bed linen had an alarming looking red stain! Do not even want to think what was it , I did not use the duvet cover and slept in my clothes to avoid any contact with the bedding , felt absolutely disgusted! The bathroom and the fact that there was no shower head just a hose, well that is outrageous ! For the price that the property charged am I supposed to hose myself like an animal ??? This is absolutely not acceptable ! Cleaning cloth left on top of the toilet . I feel like this is a disgraceful place to stay I will contact the property and request a refund and I would not recommend this place to stay under any circumstances !

The location was great! Neighbourhood felt very safe right opposite a uni and a supermarket and as a 1 minute walk, metro is right outside. It was easy to locate and the room was much better than anticipated. I was worried about being ground floor but it was very secure

There was no window unfortunately and when I arrived it was strong smelling air freshener so I had to leave the door open:( the shower leaked abit, if you don’t deal with noise then it can be noisy of people going into their apartments but it didn’t bother me :)

I had a very pleasant stay in a comfortable and well situated little apartment

It was well kept and well supplied, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and responsive.

It was a little cramped, even for one person. I wouldn’t recommend it for two people, unless you’d like to be very close all of the time, and only have one person’s luggage between you.

tutto perfetto!!

la struttura è localizzata in un quartiere bellissimo a mio parere il piu bello di parigi, a 150mt hai la metro che ti collega a tutta la città, supermercato sotto casa e a pochi minuti a piedi arrivi nel cuore del quartiere latino pieno di bar e ristoranti tipici. L’appartamento è davvero bello ,piccolo, ma perfetto per 2. Ti forniscono tutto: asciugamani lenzuola, shampo ecc.. C’è anche la stufetta e il ventilatore con tv e un piccolo angolo cucina con macchinetta caffè lavello e un piano cottura, un mini frigo e la cucina ha tutto l’essenziale. L’assistenza risponde subito e ha risposto sempre con gentilezza e puntualità. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Posizione strategica. La fermata della metro a 150 MT. Anche a piedi si possono raggiungere quasi tutti i punti di interesse di Parigi. Appartamento piccolo, ma proprio piccolo, completo di tutto il necessario per essere autonomi anche nella preparazione dei pranzi.

All' arrivo l' appartamento era pulito. A mio avviso, per i soggiorni che superano i 2 giorni, dovrebbe essere prevista una piccola pulizia o, quantomeno, dotare l' appartamento di una scopa e detersivo per la pulizia del bagno.

Havia uma obra no pátio interno que, com chuva, atrapalhou um pouco a limpeza. Ressalto que fui previamente avisado da existência das obras e que me foi ofertado um outro apartamento. Nada a reclamar.

Escapada a las ciudad luz

La propiedad está ubicada en un excelente lugar, a 100 m del metro, el lugar es muy seguro, está rodeado de bistrós, cafés, market El anfitrión siempre estuvo en contacto, cada vez que lo consultaba respondió inmediatamente. Es ideal para viajar solo o en pareja. Cuando regrese a París sin dudas será mi primera opción

Estaban realizando refacciones, sugiero que haya más iluminación en el acceso interno al departamento

Ottima posizione nel cuore di Parigi, appartamento piccolo ma funzionale

La posizione è eccezionale, proprio davanti alla Sorbona, a pochi passi dal Museo di Storia Naturale e a circa 10 minuti da Notre-Dame. La zona è piena di localini carini, ottime boulangerie e supermercati, perfetta per muoversi a piedi e vivere Parigi come un local. L’appartamento è piccolo ma funzionale, esattamente come nelle foto. Il servizio clienti è stato gentile e veloce nel risolvere un problema con il codice d’ingresso, e ci hanno anche cambiato asciugamani e lenzuola durante il soggiorno — davvero un bel servizio!

C’erano lavori nel cortile (di cui siamo stati avvisati in anticipo): non ci hanno disturbato molto, ma un po’ di sabbia finiva nell’appartamento. Per scusarsi del disagio, ci hanno comunque proposto un rimborso del 10%, gesto apprezzato e corretto da parte loro. La pulizia era nel complesso buona, ma abbiamo notato qualche ragnatela.

El lugar es solo para una persona y la atención del alojador un desastre.

La ubicación. a 6 cuadras de Notre Dame. Al frente tiene una estación de bicicletas públicas y una parada del subte que también es el tren que lleva y trae al aeropuerto CDG. También desde allí se puede ir directo a Euro Disney.

La habitación no era para 2 personas. Solo podría caber una persona en una habitación tan chica. La cama estaba contra la pared de la ventana y mi pareja o yo teniamos que subir a la cama por un lado para llegar al otro, porque no se podía pasar. No había casi espacio para apoyar las valijas en el suelo. La habitación tiene dos niveles separados por un escalón grande lo que la hace más incomoda aún. El baño sumamente pequeño, tanto que la puerta se abre hacia afuera. Encima de todo en el lugar estaban cambiando todo el piso de la entrada, así que había alrededor de 30 metros de tierra con escombros. Esto me lo avisaron el día anterior a ir y me ofrecieron cambiar a otro alojamiento, pero con tan poco tiempo no teníamos forma de acomodarnos. Cuando explique todo esto al quienes lo alquilan, no me contestaron absolutamente nada. El servicio es deplorable. Comparto las fotos del lugar para que cada uno saque sus propias conclusiones. No lo recomiendo ni para pasar medio día.
