Great location. Comfortable, clean and comparatively good value. WiFi not great if you are counting on having it.

Really good lively location, surrounded by a huge selection of restaurants, bistros, bars and transport links. Apartment was very clean and in a nice building. We were very comfortable for our stay. Good instructions sent by the owners to gain access, and they were also responsive when we contacted them. Well equipped kitchen and the washing machine was useful. Really nice shower in the main bedroom. Overall comparatively good value.

WiFi was the only frustrating thing. Constantly resetting or dropping out permanently. TV remote was covered in sticky tape to hold it together and needed to be held at exactly the right angle to work. Note there’s only one toilet in a VERY cosy room so consider this if you need a bit more space.

Spacious and convenient but needs a good clean and we all came home covered in insect bites

Very good location, close to many attractions, many of which were within walking distance. Safe neighborhood and quite spacious apartment. Shops, bakery, and restaurants are very close by.

After returning, all of us started showing symptoms of insect bites (on large areas of the body), we saw one insect come out of a towel, which we unfortunately ignored. We travel very often and this is the first time we have encountered such a situation. The apartment should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

Worse place Ihave ever stayed

2nd bedroom was taped shut so we could not use it which had 3 beds in it. The couch was covered in dark brown stains that were absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms had mold on ceiling and tile. The apartment was extremely hot so had to keep windows open and there was construction noises outside all night. The apt never got below 80 degrees. Tried to contact owner and booking.com about bedroom taped up because it was advertised as a 2 bedroom. No response during our 2 night stay.

I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stay here.

Location was convenient to restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the attractions. Easy access into the building. Two bathrooms is a bonus.

TV had no sound. Curtains didn’t block out the light. Lots of street noise. Curtains are stained. Couch’s are stained (owners solution was to throw some sheets over them.). My kids slept in the two single beds. They are both covered in red spots (similar to chicken pox) from neck to toes. Can only be a result of dirty beds and bed mites. The lift doesn’t stop on the 1st floor. No toaster in kitchen.

It was clean and central.

Unfortunately there were bedbugs which affected us on the 3 and 4th night of the stay. I did contact the host who said they had tried to get rid of these. 3 of us got badly bitten. I wanted to have a filter coffee machine, the one provided was not one that takes filter ground coffee so not clear that needed to buy special coffee bags, I would have liked a small saucepan to boil eggs or soup. I would have liked a toaster or a grill to make toast or grilled food. I was disappointed by the lack of this equipment. I thought there would be 2 toilets as it states 2 bath rooms but these are shower rooms. I enclose a photograph of the bed bug bites.

The key were in the post box and I did not find it easy!. I called the owner and no one answered me, then I phoned booking. Com In the meantime time I got by SMS the procedures and codes to open doors and all information. When I finished my days on this property, I left the key in the same box.

Spacious and convenient but needs a good clean

The location was good & the apartment was spacious.

The apartment needed updating and cleaning. When searching for a lost earing we found underwear and a water bottle plus loads of dust under the bed. The settee also could do with a good clean or replacing. An extra toilet would be good as 1 toilet for a big group was not enough & mirrors in the bedroom would be good especially a long mirror or 2.

Great location but noisy and wife came home covered in insect bites

Sofas were covered in stains. Hadn’t been cleaned other than very superficially for a long time. Windows don’t fit properly so very noisy. Second shower room infested with small biting bugs. Towels were cheap and thin. Photos don’t really show the reality.

Loved the location and the Paris life "feel". Food, sites, transportation access amazing and perfect. The apartment size and layout was great.

My family was content, but it DID NOT meet my exectations...it did not look like the pics presented...faded, old bedding, dusty and stained curtains...it was gross...dirty towel in the bathroom, and when we walked in it, smelled like someone just doused it with carpet fresh.

The slow replies from the host, we wanted to know if there is any flexibility for our check in and check out time, the replies came on the day of check in when we were alredy in Paris. As we were traveling with 3 seven years old, this was frustrating.

Pleasant

The apartment is fantastic. Great space with plenty of beds. The location is also excellent and extremely central.

Under the beds was not clean. Communication was slow, but all questions were answered and all requests were fulfilled. The kitchen is poor. More equipment is need to cook for a group (pans, chopping board, etc.)

Good

Perfect location just a métro station around the corner - great restaurants and bars just literally next door! Everything you need is just on your door step (supermarket, pharmacy and take aways)! Great addition to a good morning is the coffee machine with pads! And a great plus is the supernice furnishing and overall size of the location. The perfect place also for a lager group.

Cleanlinless could be better - but we anticipated nothing else as the other comments mentioned that. But hey it's Paris - we had a fridge and a micro so I didn't look any closer. But a good wash down would definitely be recommended... The street noise is pretty loud - but hey it's Paris and with a pair of earplugs I slept like a baby!

We got what we paid for

We were there with our 6 kids (from 1 - 17). The host was excellent, providing answers within a minutes, enabling earlier check-in. Location was excellent, weather you want to walk to the center or drive with the metro (just few steps from the apartment). The bakery and the Monoprix store were also just few steps away. Beds, showers....everything is great. In a short - we got what we paid for.

Well, there was nothing upseting. It depends on your personal perspective. For example, with having a toddler and a german wife you would certainly ask for an absolute cleanness but probably 95% of people would not mind or see it. Falling to sleep for some could be a challenge because of the noise from the streets but for us was actually quite interesting because the noise was normal (Paris) life, nothing special. But these remarks are just to give you a sense of the apartment - we enjoyed it really.

Exceptional

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. A good place to stay for a large family. Travelling was very convenient as the metro was very near.

There was no air conditioning however they did provide us with extra air coolers.
