Nice location but misleading pictures

I loved the location. It was central to everything we wanted to do

I didn’t like that it didn’t match the pictures displayed. I found the images displayed a completely different apartment to what we experienced. I found it was passable to sleep it.

Good comfortable 2 bedroom apartment

Once we got correct location it was in a great spot, close to Sacre Coeur, Moulin rouge and Monte marte region. Beds very comfortable, very quiet and felt safe to wander around

No hot water in the morning so have your showers in the afternoon or evening, shower would be a bit tight if you are a larger person

Prepare to be disappointed, this was not the place I'd recommend for any more than 2 people.

I love that all we needed were door codes to get into the apartment and the location was just a short walk from the Sacre Coeur Basilica so that was pretty fun. Great water pressure in the shower. There was a lot of night life opportunities in the area and public transit was reasonably close.

The host was not very accommodating. We were only given 2 towels (even though our reservation had 4) and it took UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF OUR STAY to get 2 extra towels (even though I emailed about it frequently). Sharing a towel between 2 people in Paris in the Summer is not ideal. The space was INCREDIBLY small and we were misled to believe there was air conditioning (which there was not). There were 2 beds, one in the kitchen/living "area" and one in a room. The one in a room was in a cell phone deadzone and miserably hot with no way to get airflow back into it. The light/fan switches were weirdly connected between the 2 rooms so if one room wanted a light on, the other got it too and if you shut the light off in the main room sometimes the fan would shut off in the bedroom. It was weird and hot and cramped and I would only recommend it to a family with maybe 1 or 2 young children. The pictures online were of the larger suite which we did not get. The bathroom was small but adequate and the kitchen sink only had hot water, no cold. Wifi code in the room did not work so they put us on an unsecured network which immediately led to compromised passwords. Use at your own risk.

Wouldn’t book again

The beds were ok

The fan in a room did not work which made sleeping uncomfortable at night since it was very hot, there was a good amount of dust, little intimacy between rooms, no ventilation in the bathroom , wifi poor, Terrance dirty, a lot of kids in the yard with made it pretty noisy and other people that started working in the yard early and making lots of noise

Good place to stay

Good location, with easy access to public transport, restaurants and shops. Good communication with host. Enough amenities.

The ceiling fans were not working properly. At times, the bathroom had some smells, and lacked ventilation. Table in the room, balcon style, makes eating awkward, since you are eating against the wall. Could use a sofa bed in living area. Kitchen is well equiped but could use a toaster.

Very poor

There was not much to like about this place. The shower was good and the location was good.

We got sent the wrong apartment details to check in with, then had to find our way to the other apartment. The apartment smelt of mould, the bed was super uncomfortable, the fridge didn’t work, there were no coffee or tea supplies and the wifi was slow and kept disconnecting. We have been emailing the company about some compensation for errors made on their behalf, but they are not responding in a timely manner. Avoid this company if you can.

Crammed up for space, had bugs, lacks ventilation but location was good.

the location is fantastic and is easy to access yet hidden away from the noise of the main street. There were many good restaurants and bars around the place.

The property was not cleaned for bugs and there were many small bugs in the kitchenette area. I raised the issue with the owner but got no response. The property was a very crammed space, lacks ventilation and is not ideal for a family of 4. I was glad my stay was only for 1 night.

Very good

Good location, simple entering process, very responsive and helpful customer service in case of any problems. Everything we needed was already there (clean sheets, towels, kitchen appliances, closet space, fan for drying hair). The good things outnumber the downsides by far. That being said, there are no windows, which makes the air a bit humid. However you can leave the door open while in the room and theres a blocking curtain you can use to still get the privacy while getting the air in.

The upstairs neighbors were very loud (kids running loudly and screaming, parents screaming). This isn't so much of a problem if you don't plan on spending much time in the room, but there were early mornings and late nights where it was louder than expected.

Place is was hard to find. Check In instructions and directions could be greatly improved. The Apartment is very small and Shower is even smaller. They need to have a size guide for the shower. A large person will not be able to shower in there. Place feels like you are in a basement.

Superb

The location was really great. Very quick and easy access to bus or metro station. The apartment was clean, there were enough clean towels provided. As we were a family wih 2 kids, we especially liked that there were 2 big and very comfortable beds.

The dinning area and bathroom are a bit small.

Superb

The staff were always in touch with us. Fresh towels were offered and provided after few days but I think, this can be requested two days after check.in. They were so quick to respond with our concerns regarding the bathroom drain which is not draining. It has been attended swiftly and was fixed immediately. I am not sure regarding the noise though because we received a message from the staff of us being complained by our neighbours of being noisy because we were partying which we weren't as we only stayed in the accomodation to sleep and leave in the morning and go home late at night. However, the services of the staff were excellent. Self check-in is also convenient and location is safe and near the metropolitan and Eurostar train station.

People woke us up in the middle of the first night, trying the code lock on our door. Instructions to get there were not very clear, so there was probably confusion in the dark. It was also uncomfortably hot, there's no window we could open and the fan did not work very well. A room like that needs air conditioning. The lamps are too bright, they need lampshades. The room is too small for two people, it's awkward.

They have charged me twice and are not paying me back. It was also very complicated paying and when I paid (they charged me twice even) I still had to call multiple times to get the for code.

The bedroom was extremely small. It was so echoing that you can hear everything from the next door apartment. I saw bees all over the bathroom. It was also too expensive

A very heart breaking experience & would not recommend this agent or properties to any other person.

The property looked secure so we decided to stay, but we had a break-in one day when we were out & the agent was no help at all we had to deal with the police by ourselves & language barrier we had to encounter. We lost thousands of Euros worth of money & personal jewelries.The agent never even came to visit us after the break-in. We had a large secure gate to the complex & a passcode to enter our apartment so we assumed it was secure. But we discovered the break in only when we went to the suitcase to get some cash & we discovered our personal items had gone. But there was no sign of a break in so who did this must have had access to the security codes.

Buone potenzialità ...MA...

Nel complesso l appartamento è positivo, ottima posizione, vicina a 2 linee di metro che permettono di raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni. Lo staff assolutamente bravo, perché ha sempre risposto velocemente ad ogni mia richiesta. Fortunatamente non abbiamo avuto problemi e le uniche segnalazioni sono riusciti a risolverle a distanza, però non avere una persona di riferimento in loco può essere un problema. L appartamento è abbastanza grande, sopratutto rapportato al prezzo, e il nostro aveva 2 letti (di solito si trova 1 letto e un divano letto).

Il problema più grande sono le pulizie. Le pulizie quelle profonde sono totalmente inesistenti. Si vede che sono passati a pulire poco prima del nostro arrivo, ma hanno pulito solo in superficie, per esempio il tavolo aveva dei punti molto appiccicosi, come se fosse stato lavato velocemente senza andare a fondo. Ci sono molte macchie nelle porte e nei muri, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono puliti ma non hanno quel bianco candido che ti aspetti da strutture alberghiere. Un asciugamano aveva addirittura un alone, si vedeva che era stato lavato, ma era rimasto un alone. La cucina ha pochi accessori e stoviglie e molti sono rovinati dall uso. Inoltre dal bagno esce un odore di fogna tremendo e quindi si deve lasciare la porta sempre chiusa , però il bagno non è riscaldato, quindi quando si entra c è davvero freddo. Quindi o lasci la porta chiusa e hai freddo oppure la apri per avere caldo ma poi hai puzza per tutto l appartamento.

Een heel matige, kleine, ruimte dichtbij het treinstation.

De locatie is goed, nabij Gare du Nord.

Je kunt niet fatsoenlijk zitten. Het zitje wat op sommige foto’s staat was er niet. Alleen 4 keiharde barkrukken. Daarnaast is de 2e slaapkamer een muffe ruimte waar geen zuurstof binnen kan komen. Ook de douche is veel te klein en er hangt dan ook nog een groot zwart plankje in de weg.

Bon séjour, exçellent quartier

On a été très contents de notre petit séjour. Mais on a pu observer plusieurs petites choses qu’on a déjà précisé dans un commentaire

le rideau occultant était trop étroit et que la lumière extérieure éclairait toute la chambre à chaque fois que quelqu’un passait devant l’immeuble la nuit. Dans la cuisine il manquait une éponge et de l’essuie tout. Il y avait bien une éponge dans la salle de bain mais pas très propre. La porte de douche ouvre sur les WC, le sens inverse aurait été préférable. On aurait adoré avoir autant de capsules de café pour nous deux que de jours de séjour.
