8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
The location is in excellent proximity to many restaurants, a lovely park, and next to Sebastopol Reaumur Metro Station. Spacious and modern facilities. Hand soap and minimal kitchen supplies are provided but not toiletries and shampoo. A single hair dryer is provided. There are no laundry facilities on site. WiFi, elevator / lift access. Secure entry. Pleasant neighbors. We would stay here again. The office is on Rue Caire directly around the corner. We enjoyed our first evening dinner also around the corner at Bistriot Gisele. Lovely staff and meal. For transportation we relied on metro, uber, G7 and private driver service Sami Chteoui and team.
It be a bit cleaner but it was acceptable. It needs a good deep clean overall. But the kitchen area was very clean however the showers and all of the floor surfaces need a good scrub.

Having the desk right next to the property made this super easy.
Paying to store luggage since the room wasn’t ready was a bit disappointing

Location, comfortable for large parties, quiet - even though on busy street.
