Not a lot of space for meals, but ok for a quick breakfast and dinner while out and about in Paris.

The room is clean, there is a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, plates-forks-cups. A place for young travellers.

Very steep stairs. Noisy in the evenings (national street markets), not suitable for evening strolls. Far from the metro and public transportation.

Good location, friendly host and comfortable stay!

Good location, within walking distance of Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est and the Sacré-Coeur. Restaurants, shops, pharmacies and bakery nearby.

Quite a narrow and steep staircase up to the room, although help was provided in taking up the suitcases.

Comfortable apartment in a private gated block, about 15 minutes walk from Gare du Nord station. Excellent communication throughout. A superb local restaurant only 200 metres away, was a bonus. Recommended.....

Some cutlery would be helpful, and some storage space, also. There was a wardrobe, but it was for private use only. There is a pretty steep set of stairs into the apartment...we managed, quite well....could possibly be an issue for someone less mobile. Would definitely recommend, just the same.

We had a great time in Paris. The appartment was just what we needed and good value for money.

Within walking distance of Gare du Nord and metros. Bed was comfortable. A variety of facilities were available - washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle, fridge. Host had provided optional snacks/drinks and responded quickly to ant messages we sent. There were a couple of excellent, friendly bars/ restaurants close by.

The apartment was located in a poorer area of Paris. In the evening there were many groups of young men hanging about on street corners. It was a bit intimidating. Access to the room was up a very steep set of stairs. Inside, both toilet and shower were raised up and were reached by climbing a couple of high steps without handrail. Not easy for anyone with walking difficulties.

Appartement close to Gare du Nord

Host is nice and reactive Conveniently close to North Station in multicultural neighborhood. House looks like an unfinished construction site (besides ongoing works on the roof that cannot be avoided) Place is ok for 3 max 4, not 6 person. Mattrasses are good. There is no place to eat for more than two person The "studio" is very basic and for one young person (no staircase but a ladder) with mattrass on the floor. Appartement could be a nice place if refurbished. In the actual situation I do not recommend.

Wir sind sehr dankbar für den Aufenthalt

Eine sehr charmante zweistöckige Wohnung.Wir mochten die Lage im 18. Arrondisment sehr.Die Wohnung war sehr!Sauber und wir fühlten uns durch die Erreichberkeit des Vermieters und die vielen „Kleinigkeiten“(z.B Wein und Snacks zum Selbstkostenpreis ,Putzmittel, Zucker und Salz, Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine fürs Erste), an die er gedacht hatte , willkommen und vom ersten Moment an auf Zeit beheimatet. Das ist außergewöhnlich und ein Unterschied zum Hotelaufenthalt. Sehr gute Betten!

Wir waren 2 befreundete Paare in der Wohnung. Die steile Treppe zum Bad und der einzige Badzugang durch ein Schlafzimmer ist nicht für jeden etwas.Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Nada nos gustó, nos fuimos a pesar de haber pagado, alcanzamos a estar 2 horas y abandonamos. Alojamiento con comida a medias en regrigerados, estantes con llave, etc

Rustig appartement in levendige, kleurrijke wijk

De stilte, de goede bedden en de twee aparte kamers. Verder was de eigenaar per app zeer goed benaderbaar. Als je een vraag stelde, kreeg je binnen een minuut zeer vriendelijk antwoord. Het appartement is goed geoutilleerd.

Je moest een stenen trap op om in het appartement te komen en ook nog in het appartement zelf een steile trap op. Om naar de wc te komen moest je twee hoge opstappen op en naar de douche ook een hoge opstap. Niet geschikt dus voor mensen die niet goed ter been zijn. Verder viel mij op dat er maar twee stoelen in het appartement staan en geen grote eettafel. Hoe moet dat als je kookt met een gezin van vijf personen. Hoe eet je dan.

Appartement spacieux avec chambres côté cour intérieure, silencieux, un vrai cocon comme annoncé dans le titre. A côté de la gare du Nord et un arrêt de métro se situe à proximité de l'appartement.
