They are lucky the apartment is good and located in a nice area

The apartment is fairly big, the bed was good and the heating was perfect. The surrounding area is really nice, there are amazing boulangeries, affordable and delicious fromagerie, and supermarkets close by.

Even though I read on the reviews that the addresses are quite messy I still got misled by the message the host send and went to a different location. I really liked the area where we ended up, however it's quite of a stretch (more than 20min) from the location that was actually shown on the Booking.com reservation process.

Disaster Pathetic- Stay at a 2 bedroom apartment

The only two “good” things about this place were the location and the fact that check-in was easy. And honestly, that’s where the positives ended. Everything else was a nightmare. We booked the 2-bedroom apartment and stayed with my parents and kids — which made this disaster even more stressful. The apartment looked nothing like the photos, and the bathroom reeked of sewage from day one. On top of that, the shower was clogged. We reported it right away, and a plumber eventually showed up. Instead of fixing the issue, it turned the apartment into a construction zone (I have pictures to prove it). The clogging was “sort of” handled, but then it started leaking into the WC, which made the smell in there unbearable. So basically: one problem “fixed,” two new ones created. Brilliant. When I called the help service, I was casually told that there are ongoing plumbing issues in the whole building for quite some time. Excuse me — then why the hell are you not informing guests about this before booking? Why play with someone’s health? I even told the help desk that this apartment was not habitable for my family for the next three days, and their response? A shrug. They said they couldn’t do anything and flat-out ignored my request to be moved to another apartment. Shocking level of “hospitality.” And that’s not all: the place had mold (schimmel) around the house, which made it feel unsafe for kids and elderly parents. None of the doors were getting closed forget about locking them, so forget about safety or privacy. And the “Wi-Fi” was basically a decoration — it barely worked, cutting out all the time. Three nights here felt like torture. Honestly, this place is misleading, unhygienic, and horribly managed. Even if someone offered it to me for free, I wouldn’t risk putting my family through this again. Save yourself the headache, the stink, and the lies.

Spacious, great location.

Great space, good rooms, close to all highlights of Montmartre.

The street can get a bit noisy but this is only a problem when it’s really hot as there is no AC. Windows are double or triple glazed so when temperatures are OK there is no problem.

Great location, but had higher expectations

Great location! Comfy enough for a group of 4 for a short stay. The communication with the owners was great and smooth. The check-in was easy and location easy to find.

Despite it being quite good value for money, the hygiene of the place is really not good. The shower was good but dirty, there were ants all over the place. The place is also a bit run down in terms of equipment and could use a touch up

Nice location, neat home.

The place could have been equipped with basic condiments for cooking on spot. There was no items in that respect. So if you want to cook simply or have tea or coffee you should go out or buy it yourself. The host didn't reply to our question about heating issue.

Very well located. Easy to get to the main sightseeing spots via metro or bus. Parking is close by as well as many shops, restaurants and local bakeries. Balcony was very handy

First of all - photos on booking.com are completely off the real property. There only one photo (of the bathroom) which match, the rest was from different apartments. I think it will be better to split property by actual addresses and attach real photos. Second - the floor. It’s not flat anywhere and has quite an angel. So be prepared to sleep with your head below the legs.. and it really easy to fall down specially at night. Third - sewer. There was constant smell of the clogged sewer or pipes from the toilet and shower. We had to open window 24/7 to be able to sleep in the room next to the toilet.

There was a strange frosted glass back door in our bedroom, that I couldn't open. The appartments only window opened onto the communal courtyard, as we were on the ground floor we kept curtain closed for privacy. The pics of the lounge made it seem bigger than it was.

Was next to a great bakery.

Early morning construction, back door did not lock, loss of electricity due to overload from an iron. I contacted the staff and there was no reply or emergency number to call - I missed Moulin Rouge - paid for ticket already. No power for over 12 hours. Picture is nothing like actual unit.

Pleasant

The apartment was as shown in photos and well equipped.

The shower drain was clogged and it was impossible to take even a 2 minute shower without flooding the bathroom and living/kitchen area. We realised this problem on the first day and contacted the hosts, we didn’t receive a reply until the next evening and it wasn't resolved before we left. The bedroom is also next to the building rubbish collection so early morning it is very noisy.

Exceptional

3 minutes walk to metro. All grocery shops available nearby . Apartment has all facilities who ever would like to cook. Dish washer and washing machine was very helpful. Self check-in process was very easy and no complications. Thanks to hotel staff for replying everytime if I ask some questions.

I would recommend this apartment

Everything was clean, and had all the necessary things : iron, washing machine, hair dryer… no need to take anything with you. For the ones who like to eat at home, the kitchen is fully equipped.

The instructions we were sent were not clear enough: the keys were not inside the flat, but inside a safe that did not look like a safe, but like a safety lock to open the door. Besides, opening the tiny safe was far from easy or intuitive. We had warned that we would get to the appartment after 21 h on a Sunday, but there was no way we could contact anyone by phone to find out how to open the bxxxxy door. Thank God, a young woman who lived in the same block knew how to open the tiny safe and solved our problems. I only heard from the rènting company by email at 15.30 on the following day.

A bad experience overall

We stayed here for four nights, the first day we had a little trouble opening the door in the afternoon but we managed to get inside, however, at night we couldn't open the door all night, we called like 20 times to the emergency number and nobody answered, we had a day trip early in the morning the next day and we needed our stuff so we called booking and they told us to get a locksmith so we did that, the locksmith couldn't open the door either, and anyway charge us a lot of money, after that, we had to get a hotel at 4 am in the morning and sleep only 2 hours. In the morning, at 10 am finally we get a call from the owners telling us that they would pay for every expense made by us, but then they say the door didn't have any problem and that they would not pay for the locksmith, even though 4 people and 2 locksmiths couldn't open the door, they said that the door was "okey". When we came back from the trip we contacted them several times just to get the refunds for the locksmith and hotel night, which were expenses we didn't have in our budget, and also because they already had another review about the door not closing well so if the door had already had a problem we shouldn't have to pay for it, and they were very rude and actually threatened me if I put a bad review about them.

The Condorcet street is perfect, with lots of metro station around, boulangeries, supermarkets etc. It’s a good price for a nice region in Paris. The apartment has everything you need like cutlery, microwave, etc.

It’s small for 4 people. The sofa-bed was dirty. There was a door in the bedroom and we were afraid because it doesn’t seem to lock well.

pas de clés dans la boite à clés à l'arrivée mais le problème a été résolu rapidement par un hôte sympathique. Petit bémol, il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone où joindre quelqu'un en cas de souci. pas de café, pas de thé ni de sucre dans l'appartement. C'est dommage, sinon les équipements sont présents.

Annonce trompeuse - spéciale pigeons !

Les messages qui expliquent les acces. En revanche le 1er appartement n'était pas le bon (1 chambre) alors que nous avions pris me 2 chambre celui avec les belles photo du salon avec cheminiée et mur bleu. Mais nous n'avons pas eu cela non plus !

L'emplacement du logement réservé n'était pas du tout celui que nous avons eu. Sur l'annonce il s'agit du 50 rue condorcet. Et nous nous sommes retrouver à 30 minutes à pied au 17 rue colaincourt. Rien ne laissait présager ceci dans l'annonce. Aussi quand nous avons téléphoné pour demander de l'aide, nous avons eu une dame très non chalante au téléphone nous ayant même raccroché au nez et nous laissant sans solution. Le voyage était pro, nous avions besoin d'être proche du secteur réservé. Aussi l'appartement attribué était loin de ressembler aux photos présentées. Chasse d'eau en mauvais état, odeur nauséabond, moisissure et fissure dans le logement. TRES BRUYANT et aucun confort. Photo et vidéo à l'appui si besoin. Clairement, trouver un autre logement coté rapport qualité prix les photos donennt envie mais la suite est catastrophique annonce trompeuse !

Super Lage, ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen - stinkt und kein Charme

Die Lage war prima, nur wenige Schritte von allen schönen Dingen weg. Die Bäckerei gegenüber ist sehr lecker.

Das Apartment war nicht fertig, als wir um 16 Uhr angereist sind. Es hat übelst gerochen, da die Abflussrohre nicht richtig abgeschlossen waren. Die ganze Ausstattung ohne Charme, die Betten total durchgelegen, in der Küche fehlten wichtige Dinge, wie ein Korkenzieher,... Es kam nach einer Beschwerde eine Putzfrau, die ganz schockiert war, dass das Apartment so dreckig ist und hat dann ganz viele Sachen unter der Couch rausgeholt (z.B. Chipstüten, Schlappen,...). Die Türen gingen nirgends zu, da das Haus sich absetzt und der Flur gut 10 cm tiefer ist - daher überall auch Spannungsrisse,... Das Haus muss man wahrscheinlich abreissen und daher wird es jetzt noch runtergeräubert mit AirBnB.

Un appartement qui n'est clairement pas à la hauteur de son tarif, néanmoins, nous étions entre amies, pour un week-end parisien, aussi notre séjour fut tout de même agréable Nous avons apprécié sa localisation, à 15 minutes à pied de 2 stations de métro, à proximité des lieux de visite que nous avions choisi (près de Montmartre et du sacré cœur, non loin de la place Pigalle et des cabarets, à quelques stations de métro de l'opéra etc... ) mais néanmoins dans une rue calme. Nous avons apprécié qu'il soit dans une résidence sécurisée avec cours intérieure , donc au calme, et en rez de chaussée .

L'appartement n'est clairement pas à la hauteur de son prix , et c'est dommage ! Les photos font apparaitre un appartement beaucoup plus grand qu'il ne l'est réellement ... De ce fait pour 3 personnes et pour installer le canapé lit, il a fallut bouger la table , plier les chaises et une fois le canapé déplié , pour circuler dans la cuisine qui faisait office de salon ET de salle à manger cela devenait peu praticable .... Ceci dit pour 2 personnes (un petit couple) il aurait été bien dimensionné Côté attention et respect du client , pas top ! Nous étions 3 , seulement 2 lot de serviettes de toilettes ont été mises à disposition , nous avons du nous les partager - Un seul rouleau de papier toilette déjà entamé nous a été mis à disposition , nous avons terminé le dimanche matin avec nos mouchoirs en papier n'ayant pas de second rouleau ! Le nécessaire de toilette proposé l'était pour une personne , et a priori pour une seule nuit ! (nous y étions pour deux nuits 😕) Côté équipements : Cet appartement à été fait par un professionnel peu sérieux ou un mauvais bricoleur ! Le robinet de l'évier est à réparer . En effet, il est non fixé ... il se promène lorsqu'on l'ouvre et le ferme - Le tuyau de la pomme de douche est lui aussi à réparer car il est percé et la douchette est inutilisable ... Côté propreté : pour ce qui se voit , ça va - Par contre après avoir malencontreusement fait tomber un objet derrière le réfrigérateur nous avons du le déplacer, et là ... nid à poussière ! Idem en poussant le canapé ! Pour le prix , les clients de cet "apparthotel" pourraient être mieux respectés ! an

Prácticamente me gustó todo excepto algunas piezas encima de los muebles de la cocina, sólo un detalle estético así como el espejo descolocado: la posición tan alta del espejo no es práctica pero yo lo dejaría en la pared porque queda muy bonito y añadiría otro en la escalera para poder verte de cuerpo entero.

Mieszkanie jest bardzo słabo wyposażone np. jest mniej sztućców i kubków niż osób w apartamencie. Rezerwacja była na 6 osób, a pościel była przygotowana dla 5. Byliśmy na 5 dni i nie personelowi nie udało się dostarczyć w tym czasie brakującej pościeli. Brak kontaktu z personelem. Wysyłaliśmy wiadomości z prośbą o dostarczenie pościeli i nikt na nie nie odpowiadał. Mieszkanie jest w starej kamienicy. Podłoga strasznie skrzypi więc jedna osoba budzi wszystkich pozostałych (ale to akurat jest do wybaczenia bo trudno to naprawić). Niestety drzwi do sypialni też strasznie skrzypią i na dodatek nie da się ich zamknąć więc nikt nie mial prywatności pomimo tego że w mieszkaniu są trzy pokoje. Dojście do łazienki jest przez salonz który w przypadku zamieszkania więcej niż 4 osób jest trzecią sypialnią. Nie jest to zbyt komfortowe

Logement changé sans accord,conditions d’hygiène et confort très insuffisantes,prestations non confo

Notre séjour a été inacceptable et nous tenons à exprimer notre profonde insatisfaction. L’hébergement attribué n’était pas celui réservé. Le logement du 50 rue Condorcet (Paris 9e), prévu pour 6 personnes, a été remplacé unilatéralement par un appartement au 17 rue Caulaincourt (Paris 18e). Ce changement, communiqué uniquement par message, n’apparaissait même pas dans la réservation officielle, ce qui constitue une tromperie manifeste et nous a imposé un éloignement injustifié par rapport à notre lieu de rendez-vous professionnel. Le logement livré ne respectait en rien les standards annoncés : non prêt à l’heure convenue (16h), état de propreté indigne (miettes sur la table, cheveux dans les tiroirs, tache de sang et insecte écrasé sur un mur des toilettes). Papier toilette insuffisant pour 6 personnes. Présence de dosettes Nespresso mais absence de machine à café : une absurdité et une fausse prestation. Literie totalement inacceptable : canapé monoplace déformé et inutilisable, lit d’appoint défectueux dont les lattes se détachaient, entraînant conditions de sommeil désastreuses. Douche mal entretenue, avec parois vitrées écartées ne garantissant aucune étanchéité. Poignée de la paroi de douche dévissée. Ces manquements cumulatifs constituent une atteinte claire aux obligations de qualité et de transparence. Nous estimons avoir été trompés quant au logement proposé, à son confort et à son hygiène. Une telle prestation nuit gravement à la confiance envers votre site. Ces multiples défaillances ajoutées aux préjudices subis sont de nature à justifier une demande de remboursement.
