Helpful host, compact facilitated house , good connectivity to transport, atmosphere is not silent.

The host was very good and helpful. The home was compact and had needed facilities like kitchen bath and toilet separate.

The house was very compact as that’s usual in Paris and it’s being located in a complex with stores in the ground floor and the house is in the first floor. But wasn’t very loud in the nights because it’s restricted to public, so my kids were able to sleep well. During the day it was a bit louder as people access the complex.

A hidden gem

Awesome location, close to metro with a boulangerie and mini mart opposite. Good room sizes and well equipped.

Some of the light switches were a bit temperamental and the sofa was not very sturdy but the rest was fantastic.

They are lucky the apartment is good and located in a nice area

The apartment is fairly big, the bed was good and the heating was perfect. The surrounding area is really nice, there are amazing boulangeries, affordable and delicious fromagerie, and supermarkets close by.

Even though I read on the reviews that the addresses are quite messy I still got misled by the message the host send and went to a different location. I really liked the area where we ended up, however it's quite of a stretch (more than 20min) from the location that was actually shown on the Booking.com reservation process.

Disaster Pathetic- Stay at a 2 bedroom apartment

The only two “good” things about this place were the location and the fact that check-in was easy. And honestly, that’s where the positives ended. Everything else was a nightmare. We booked the 2-bedroom apartment and stayed with my parents and kids — which made this disaster even more stressful. The apartment looked nothing like the photos, and the bathroom reeked of sewage from day one. On top of that, the shower was clogged. We reported it right away, and a plumber eventually showed up. Instead of fixing the issue, it turned the apartment into a construction zone (I have pictures to prove it). The clogging was “sort of” handled, but then it started leaking into the WC, which made the smell in there unbearable. So basically: one problem “fixed,” two new ones created. Brilliant. When I called the help service, I was casually told that there are ongoing plumbing issues in the whole building for quite some time. Excuse me — then why the hell are you not informing guests about this before booking? Why play with someone’s health? I even told the help desk that this apartment was not habitable for my family for the next three days, and their response? A shrug. They said they couldn’t do anything and flat-out ignored my request to be moved to another apartment. Shocking level of “hospitality.” And that’s not all: the place had mold (schimmel) around the house, which made it feel unsafe for kids and elderly parents. None of the doors were getting closed forget about locking them, so forget about safety or privacy. And the “Wi-Fi” was basically a decoration — it barely worked, cutting out all the time. Three nights here felt like torture. Honestly, this place is misleading, unhygienic, and horribly managed. Even if someone offered it to me for free, I wouldn’t risk putting my family through this again. Save yourself the headache, the stink, and the lies.

Spacious, great location.

Great space, good rooms, close to all highlights of Montmartre.

The street can get a bit noisy but this is only a problem when it’s really hot as there is no AC. Windows are double or triple glazed so when temperatures are OK there is no problem.

Noise in the apartment from 6.30am.. workers , cleaners shouting ! Bed felt very clostraphobic with little space only 60cm from bed to roof. Great location, but had higher expectations

Great location! Comfy enough for a group of 4 for a short stay. The communication with the owners was great and smooth. The check-in was easy and location easy to find.

Despite it being quite good value for money, the hygiene of the place is really not good. The shower was good but dirty, there were ants all over the place. The place is also a bit run down in terms of equipment and could use a touch up

Nice location, neat home.

The place could have been equipped with basic condiments for cooking on spot. There was no items in that respect. So if you want to cook simply or have tea or coffee you should go out or buy it yourself. The host didn't reply to our question about heating issue.

Well located flat with 2 very small bedrooms, uneven floor and smelly bathroom

Very well located. Easy to get to the main sightseeing spots via metro or bus. Parking is close by as well as many shops, restaurants and local bakeries. Balcony was very handy

First of all - photos on booking.com are completely off the real property. There only one photo (of the bathroom) which match, the rest was from different apartments. I think it will be better to split property by actual addresses and attach real photos. Second - the floor. It’s not flat anywhere and has quite an angel. So be prepared to sleep with your head below the legs.. and it really easy to fall down specially at night. Third - sewer. There was constant smell of the clogged sewer or pipes from the toilet and shower. We had to open window 24/7 to be able to sleep in the room next to the toilet.

The location was excellent. The beds were nice and large. It was cool. It was quiet.

There was a strange frosted glass back door in our bedroom, that I couldn't open. The appartments only window opened onto the communal courtyard, as we were on the ground floor we kept curtain closed for privacy. The pics of the lounge made it seem bigger than it was.

Was next to a great bakery.

Early morning construction, back door did not lock, loss of electricity due to overload from an iron. I contacted the staff and there was no reply or emergency number to call - I missed Moulin Rouge - paid for ticket already. No power for over 12 hours. Picture is nothing like actual unit.

1.) we gave the time of arrival on booking and got back no info that they could not make it on time. 2.) the lady did not reply. 3.) the cleaning came earlier than the given time on the day of the check out 4.) the apartment was too tiny for 4 people. it is only enough/good for a couple.

Pleasant

The apartment was as shown in photos and well equipped.

The shower drain was clogged and it was impossible to take even a 2 minute shower without flooding the bathroom and living/kitchen area. We realised this problem on the first day and contacted the hosts, we didn’t receive a reply until the next evening and it wasn't resolved before we left. The bedroom is also next to the building rubbish collection so early morning it is very noisy.

Exceptional

3 minutes walk to metro. All grocery shops available nearby . Apartment has all facilities who ever would like to cook. Dish washer and washing machine was very helpful. Self check-in process was very easy and no complications. Thanks to hotel staff for replying everytime if I ask some questions.

I would recommend this apartment

Everything was clean, and had all the necessary things : iron, washing machine, hair dryer… no need to take anything with you. For the ones who like to eat at home, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Very good appartment, lousy reception.

The instructions we were sent were not clear enough: the keys were not inside the flat, but inside a safe that did not look like a safe, but like a safety lock to open the door. Besides, opening the tiny safe was far from easy or intuitive. We had warned that we would get to the appartment after 21 h on a Sunday, but there was no way we could contact anyone by phone to find out how to open the bxxxxy door. Thank God, a young woman who lived in the same block knew how to open the tiny safe and solved our problems. I only heard from the rènting company by email at 15.30 on the following day.

A bad experience overall

We stayed here for four nights, the first day we had a little trouble opening the door in the afternoon but we managed to get inside, however, at night we couldn't open the door all night, we called like 20 times to the emergency number and nobody answered, we had a day trip early in the morning the next day and we needed our stuff so we called booking and they told us to get a locksmith so we did that, the locksmith couldn't open the door either, and anyway charge us a lot of money, after that, we had to get a hotel at 4 am in the morning and sleep only 2 hours. In the morning, at 10 am finally we get a call from the owners telling us that they would pay for every expense made by us, but then they say the door didn't have any problem and that they would not pay for the locksmith, even though 4 people and 2 locksmiths couldn't open the door, they said that the door was "okey". When we came back from the trip we contacted them several times just to get the refunds for the locksmith and hotel night, which were expenses we didn't have in our budget, and also because they already had another review about the door not closing well so if the door had already had a problem we shouldn't have to pay for it, and they were very rude and actually threatened me if I put a bad review about them.

The Condorcet street is perfect, with lots of metro station around, boulangeries, supermarkets etc. It’s a good price for a nice region in Paris. The apartment has everything you need like cutlery, microwave, etc.

It’s small for 4 people. The sofa-bed was dirty. There was a door in the bedroom and we were afraid because it doesn’t seem to lock well.

Parigi bella ma appartamento da dimenticare

L’unico pregio è la posizione (anche se non centrale) nel quartiere di Montmartre.

Appartamento a piano terreno, minuscolo con infissi delle finestre fatiscenti che non chiudono bene. Il portone di accesso alla corte comune lasciato sempre aperto per guasto e con possibilità per chiunque di raggiungere la porta dell’appartamento, anch’essa poco affidabile e con chiusura imperfetta. Host scorretto e in alcun modo disponibile a trovare soluzioni. A pagamento avvenuto, infatti, ha cambiato, in via del tutto arbitraria, la struttura precedentemente assegnata con l’altra più lontana dal centro del quartiere. Questo ha creato forti disagi a tutta la comitiva e all’itinerario di viaggio, le cui prenotazioni (taxi, navette, luoghi di incontro con guide ecc), non modificabili se non con sovrapprezzo, erano state fatte sull’indirizzo confermato in sede di pagamento. A richiesta l’host si è rifiutato di risolvere il problema. Esperienza pessima, meglio rivolgersi altrove presso strutture più serie.

La situación

Reservamos un apartamento y cuando llegamos no estaban las llaves. Nos tuvieron mas de 1 hora esperando una solución. Habían reservado nuestro apartamento a otros clientes, que ya estaban dentto. Nos mandaron a otra dirección a 17 minutos caminando, sin mandarnos ni un taxi. Íbamos con mi madre, de 75 años y con las mochilas. No tuvieron ningún detalle. El segundo apartamento no tenía nada que ver con las fotos que venden en primera plana. Bastante cutre…

Au moment de l'enregistrement l'établissement vous met dans le flou artistique et rien que le nom est une arnaque car on est pas quartier opéra bien clairement....quand on vous confirme la résa deuxième arnaque "votre établissement se trouve 50 rue condorcet"..."mais vous irez peut -être ailleurs ! Le jour J aucun mail pour me confirmer l'adresse exacte du coup le 31 on se rend au 50 rue de condorcet....où des habitants nous confirment ignorer si il y a des apparts à louer mais clairement ont vu des coréens chercher le même établissement ! Ok retour dans l'application pour découvrir que l'adresse est ...dans le 18ème. Entre opéra et Pigalle il y a un peu un monde. On arrive enfin au bout d'1 heure de promenade de valises ...bonne surprise il fait très chaud. Le lit aussi sera bien chaud il est situé en haut d'un escalier où il faut avoir pratiqué des sports d'escalade. Ouf c'est mon cas. Et le bivouac est à 50 CM du plafond. Grand et costaud dur dur. Et quand à regarder la télé ce sera sur une mini tv mais elle ne marche pas du tout c'est de la déco. Pas de feu d'artifice à la télé ce soir. Le reste c'est ok. Propreté ok et aspect général agréable. Mais il faut améliorer le parcours client.

Чайник и микроволновая печь,холодильник все работало отлично! Имелась вся необходимая посуда в хорошем состоянии!
