L’équipement neuf, la propreté, la disponibilité de l’hôte, l’accueil 4 étoiles, la salle de bain xxl
On va dire que le fait qu’il n’y ait qu’une seule fenêtre explique sans doute le prix très abordable. De même que le quartier passe 22h n’est pas très rassurant mais en journée c’était très bien et il y a un métro non loin de là. Enfin, il n’y a pas de cuisine mais un p’tit micro onde et une bouilloire + machine à expresso. Parfait pour un court séjour mais attention si long déplacement.

Clear instructions for access to the property, and very clean.
The ventilation is very poor (my cousin was physically ill after staying one night on the sofabed.) We had to keep the bedroom door open because only the bedroom has a window. Therefore, there was no privacy- which defeated the entire purpose of booking this accommodation for 3 people. My partner was very upset with me for booking it (but I didn’t know about the ventilation problem.)
