Because of the bedbugs we ended up booking a new place. The host did not answer when we tried to contact him for help. Booking.com. Did not help either. Do not recommend this place.

Disappointed. Would’ve been a great place, if not for the bedbugs

Spacious

We felt the host was clearly aware of the bedbug problem before our stay, as confirmed by other reviews, yet no proper action was taken. Which we expected before arriving. Owner offered to send a cleaning lady the morning called him about bedbugs. Bedbugs require professional extermination, not surface-level cleaning. While our last night was refunded, until this issue is professionally resolved, we strongly advise against booking this property.

Було чисто, дві кімнати і кухня, що дає супер переваги щоб приготувати обід чи сніданок. Я була задоволена тим що там багато місця, і кожен має своє ліжко та місце для відпочинку. З дорослими дітьми це просто супер..

Прийшла інша клієнтка яка вирішила що вона забронювала помешкання і ми маємо вийти. Дякую власнику що він проблему вирішив.

Het appartement is ruim en goed gelegen (10e arr). Alles wat je nodig hebt is voorzien. Er was goede communicatie met de host en zelfstandig inchecken verliep heel vlot.

Het appartement kon wat muf ruiken omdat het maar 2 ramen heeft. De badkamer was ook klein en de douche mag properder. De wifi werkte ook niet.

L’emplacement est bien, l’appartement est atypique et joli.

L’odeur de l’humidité, de cigarette partout : draps, serviettes, air…, la porte de douche ne ferment pas bien. La literie n’était absolument pas confortable, le bruit dès qu’on tire de l’eau, c’est très bruyant

Je ne recommande pas

L’appartement sent les égouts et l’humidité, les draps étaient tachés, les serviettes de toilettes décolorées, la porte de douche ne ferme pas et le four était sale ! Il y a qu’une seule fenêtre dans un recoin alors je ne comprends pas comment les photos de l’appartement peuvent être aussi lumineuse sur l’annonce car nous étions dans le noir. Nous avons demandé un remboursement pour la deuxième nuit pour pouvoir aller ailleurs, la propriétaire ne nous a jamais répondu

L'emplacement est idéal, proche du métro et des commerces. Appartement propre et très bien équipé. Décoré avec goût.

Il est très sombre. l'odeur et la sensation d'humidité est assez forte.

L'appartement est en sous-sol donc frais Une petite courette rien que pour nous Un appartement assez grand La proximité des commerces de toute sorte Le métro ligne 7 en face et la ligne 4 à quelques mètres ce qui est très appréciable La réactivité du propriétaire rapide ce qui est important

Nous avons signalé le manque de fer à repasser et la cafetière était fêlée La douche a une porte qui n'est pas étanche car elle ferme très mal La cuvette des toilettes est mal fixée La literie pas très confortable pour un week-end de 3 jours c'est suffisant mais pas pour plus longtemps

Das Bett roch sehr unangenehm, als wären Kissen und Bettdecke seit Jahren nicht gereinigt worden. Beim Föhnen fiel die gesamte Elektrik aus inkl. Abwasserpumpe im Bad/WC. Es ist ein dunkles Kellerappartment.
