The main bedroom has no windows, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. It should not be rented for families of 4

Calme et facile d’accès. Proche du parc des Buttes Chaumont. Restaurants et supermarchés à proximité ainsi que le métro Jaurès. Excellente communication ! Appartement agréable et bien équipé. Chambre du bas spacieuse. Je recommande fortement

L’emplacement, proche métro et commerces. Quartier agréable et calme. Chambre du bas grande et agréable. Bon équipement. Personnel réactif pour les réponses aux messages.

Certaines pièces auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Infiltration entre la salle de bain et le salon. Salle de bain très petite (douche très petite, rideau de douche peu hygiénique, lave main en guise de lavabo), et qui aurait besoin également d’un rafraîchissement. Canapé convertible en mauvais état. Courants d’air fenêtre et porte. Télécommandes manquante (pour une télé) ou non fonctionnelle (pour l’autre) donc aucune télé ne fonctionnait (problème signalé mais aucune solution apportée), dommage. Ménage survolé par endroit.

- apartment is much smaller than impression from photos, quite tiny really. I would say the photos are misleading. If you use the sofa bed there is barely room to walk around it and no floor space for your suitcase. It would be fine for a couple using bedroom only, so the sofa can be used for actual sitting space. But we needed 2 beds so this meant the rest of the walkway/dining table space was crowded with suitcase and belongings. Also the dining table/space isn’t realistically usable, it just provides a usable bench top space and to prepare food etc. - downstairs bedroom is huge but staircase to it is very steep and narrow, not suitable for children, older people, anyone with mobility issues. It would be good to know these things rather than arrive to be disappointed. There are no photos of stairs at all. Overall the accommodation did not meet my expectations based on the photos provided on booking.com unfortunately, it was disappointing. I would rather know what to expect. Bathroom functional but also tiny, poor lighting. Not suitable for larger bodied person.
