Near metro, nice neighbourhood, supermarket is near
The place was not very clean. There were ants in the bathroom, there were not enough towels, and the sofa was uncomfortable.

I was initially put off by the front door, which leads directly into the apartment, but everything turned out to be very convenient: there's a table, plenty of dishes, a sofa, and a bed. It's also convenient with children. There's a good grocery store nearby and a couple of metro stations, with line 11 going right into the center of Paris.
I didn't find any difficulties or inconveniences, except for the washing machine, if you need to wash something urgently - it doesn't spin.
