Good flat and great value, but be a bit more considering with the guests..
Amazing location and good value for money
The main building door was opened 24/7 and there wasn't any sort of effort to make us feel safe about it. The wifi didn't work and we all had to spend a lot of money in roaming, my boyfriend forgot a shirt and I'm still waiting for the staff to get back to me about it.

Bright, fresh apartment good for a short stay.
Looked recently decorated as everything was fresh and new. Good communication from hosts. Elevator was a good feature as we had heavy luggage.
Small but neat and well appointed for a short stay. We enjoyed our 4 nights there.
Street was a bit noisy with partying young revellers shouting and carrying on into the early morning, even early in the week. Need to improve the lighting in the lobby as had to use phone torch to get to the elevator.

Since it was 25+ degrees, a fan or ac would have been nice for the bed rooms. The master bedroom would also benefit from an extra curtain for the small window.

It was lovely and cozy.
The room was clean, everything was new. The location is great with cafes and markets. This place can be best choice for group of 4 person. The owners are very helpful and kind.

A good apartment in a good area that will be improved when the construction work in the building is finished.
Well fitted out and obviously brand new. Could use a towel rail in the bathroom as there is only the heater panel to hang your towel.
Location was excellent for me as I needed to be near an ill family member, I specifically chose this apartment for that very reason.
It is not mentioned that the apartment is in a building that is a construction site (including in the only review that was available, I find it hard to believe that review was genuine as I ran into at least three other guests on other floors who were also very disappointed they had not been advised). One day when I returned the foyer was being sanded, plaster dust creating a fog and dust everywhere. Floor is unsurfaced and full of rubble. Communication from property was minimal if at all. No check in instructions sent prior to my arrival at the check in time. I had to ring owner who didn’t seem to be aware of my booking. Finally a message was sent whilst I had to wait in the rain with luggage for 10 minutes until instructions were sent. Also of note, acoustics in the building are not good however many French apartments have paper thin wall but the construction work in the mornings and noisy neighbours late at night were all not ideal.

O apto é bonito e novo, tem todos os itens necessários para cozinhar, tem lava louças, maquina de lavar roupas, toalheiro aquecido.
A localização é excelente, vários restaurantes, mercados, farmácias e tem 4 estações do metrô ao redor, com diferentes linhas, facilitando o acesso a todos os pontos turísticos da cidade.
A internet wifi funciona muito bem.
Os anfitriões foram muito atenciosos.

Apartament nou, ampli i moderns i amb els estris que necessites per tenir una bona estança. Bona ubicació. Bona comunicació amb els anfitrions.
El tema de deixar les maletes. No s'em va informar correctament quan ho vaig preguntar abans de l'estança i ens van fer pagar tant a l'arribada com a la sortida per deixar les maletes en una habitació tancada amb un codi. El problema es que aquesta habitació per les maletes era compartida amb altres hostes i no estava vigilada, per aquest motiu, ens va molestar haber de pagar per això, ja que ni tan sols teniem una habitació propia per les maletes. Però van tenir un bon detall jaque ens van dir que per seguretat, pujaven les maletes al nostra apartament. Em van cobrar 20€ per deixar-les a l'arribada i 15€ per deixar-les el dia del check out.

Las puertas muy inseguras, la puerta del portal no cierra, está bastante alejado. Si enciendes todos los radiadores, salta la luz. Las sábanas tenían unas manchas muy feas, es preferible cambiarlas .

In dit appartement zaten bedwantsen! We hebben hiervan duidelijk bewijs geleverd, en de accommodatie heeft het probleem bevestigd. Met andere woorden: ze wisten dat er een besmetting was, maar hebben geen enkel initiatief genomen om dit op te lossen of gasten te beschermen.
Wij zijn halsoverkop vertrokken en moesten op eigen kosten een ander hotel zoeken, midden in de nacht. Dat heeft ons veel geld en stress gekost, omdat er last minute vrijwel niets beschikbaar was.
Tot overmaat van ramp hebben noch de accommodatie, noch Booking.com enige verantwoordelijkheid genomen. Geen hulp, geen terugbetaling, geen communicatie. We stonden ’s nachts met zes vrouwen op straat door hun nalatigheid.
Kortom: boek dit appartement niet!!

Un appartement qui nécessiterait absolument une climatisation pour être confortable l'été.
Nous avons aimé l'apparente propreté de l'appartement, visiblement rénové récemment. Les hôtes communiquent par mail, et sont réactifs rapidement.
Malgré la propreté apparente de l'appartement à l'arrivée, nous avons constaté la présence de fourmis, puis d'une souris dans une salle de bain. Elle s'était probablement faufilée le long des conduites d'eau qui mènent à la douche de la salle de bain. L'évacuation de l'eau de cette douche était problématique, ce qui devait déjà être le cas auparavant, car une tuile de céramique de cette douche était absente, donnant probablement accès à la tuyauterie, et permettant probablement à la souris de se rendre dans la pièce. Pour les fourmis, nos hôtes nous ont offert de nous débrouiller avec un minitube de produit dont le mode d'emploi nous a échappé. Notre demande de serviettes supplémentaires a été bien reçue, car nous n'en n'avions qu'une seule par personne pour la semaine. En cas de grosse chaleur, l'appartement est un véritable four, malgré les 2 ventilateurs fournis. Nous étions 6, répartis dans 3 chambres, un 3e ventilateur aurait été le bienvenu, mais malgré notre demande, cette option n'a pas été jugée opportune par nos hôtes. Dormir les fenêtres ouvertes est un véritable défi. La rue St Maur est particulièrement bruyante avec les nombreux restaurants, terrasses et fêtards qui s'en donnent à coeur joie jusque minuit-1 heure du matin, empêchant quiconque de fermer l'oeil. Ensuite, dès 5 heures et jusque 6 heures, le ballet très bruyant des camions et des palettes de livraisons prend le relai, et les échanges clients-fournisseurs se font à tue-tête, garantissant un réveil précoce. Cet appartement nécessite absolument une climatisation si on veut pouvoir dormir, fenêtres fermées, lors de la belle saison. La télévision ne fonctionne pas, et le wifi est de très mauvaise qualité, faits déjà relevés par d'autres clients. Notre chambre n'avait aucun meuble, aucune table de nuit, contrairement à ce que l'on voit sur les photos du site web. Une mise à jour s'impose.

Vous vivez avec les voisins , aucune insonorisation, fenêtre qui ferme mal . Télévision factice ( aucune antenne reliée ) wifi de mauvaise qualité . Et des travaux bruyant dans l’immeuble ( quand je regarde les avis antérieur , c’est toujours d’actualité les problèmes que je relève )
