Posizione comodissima per mezzi di trasporto,negozi,panetterie e servizi in generale.
Zona rumorosa di notte,facendo molto caldo nei giorni del nostro soggiorno dovevamo aprire la finestra e si sentono continuamente grida e schiamazzi molesti.meglio portarsi dietro dei tappi.bagno un po’ piccolo.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do metra, które jeździ bezpośrednio pod wieżę Eiffla, jak również do stacji przesiadkowej RER do Disnaylandu. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, w kuchni było wszystko czego potrzeba, nie było problemu z WiFi tak jak pisali inni. Na przeciwko jest mały sklepik, w którym można kupić wszystko czego potrzeba. Mieszkaliśmy kilka dni z dwójką dzieci i dobrze wspominamy pobyt w tym miejscu.
Apartament jest malutki, znajduje się starszej kamienicy, stąd jest trochę ciasno. Było wysprzątane, jednak wyposażenie sanitarne w łazience ma już najlepsze czasy za sobą. W gorące dni panuje tu wysoka temperatura, a tylko jedne okno nie umożliwia dostatecznego jego przewietrzenia. Na ulicy wieczorami panuje gwar, ale taki jest właśnie urok Paryża.

La ubicación
El aseo muy pequeño y tenía una bañera de peligroso acceso. Se notaba humedad. La presencia es mejorable. No tenía aire acondicionado. Menos mal que empezaba el calor.

La posizione: l'appartamento è abbastanza vicino alla stazione Voltaire della linea 9 e non distante da Bastille e Père Lachaise. Davanti all'entrata c'è un supermercato Carrefour City veramente comodo per non avere l'assillo del dover mangiare sempre fuori e vicinissimo c'è Rue de la Roquette, piena di bistrot, brasserie e ristoranti etnici.
L'appartamento, sebbene pulito, ha una dotazione eccessivamente limitata di stoviglie. La tv non funzionava e nemmeno la macchina per il caffè. Il proprietario o chi gestisce l'appartamento non ha saputo (o voluto) gestire questo tipo di problemi.
