Excellent location, photos to show entrance to property

This location is excellent. Right in the middle of the bustle of Paris with such a great vibe, lots of restaurants and cool pubs. There was cooking facilities if you wanted to save money and close to grocery stores. It was very close to the metro train stations. Agent very helpful in showing us features of property.

It was much smaller than I expected but given in the heart of a top location not surprising. The main negative was trying to find the property. The name of the property just took us to the area. There was absolutely no signage out the front. My phone would not work to call the contact number. It was by sheer chance that in desperation I sent a message via booking.com and the agent came out and found us on the street as only 4 people looking lost with suitcases. My photos are to show where it is. The restaurants beside , the grey door entrance and sign above door.

Loved it

The apartment was in the 3rd arrondissiment of Paris which is beautiful. There were so many bakeries, cafes, restaurants and shops at our doorstep as well as the metro train. Perfect location and very easy to hop on a train to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre and other landmarks.

Terrible host

The location and the facilities were good

The host didn’t give any instruction on the first day when we arrived even though we have contacted them our arrival time prior to booking the place. They even confirmed our check in time. However, on the first night, the host didn’t show up and we weren’t able to get inside. We waited for two hours and tried contacting but they didn’t pick up the phone nor reply to my messages. My friends and I, a group of 5 female college students, decided to go to another place but we were struggling to get a room as the nearby hotels were fully booked too. We spent over 600+€ on the first night after searching for 2 hours. We tried contacting the host again the next day and only then they gave us the PIN code which they could’ve sent an email or message through book.com the other day. The host didn’t apologize nor refund.

Would definitely recommend. Great location and great value for Paris.

The location was amazing. Great shops and places to eat all around. Minutes from the river and a short walk to lots of the main attractions. Real "Paris" feel. We used the 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed. All comfy. Fantastic use of space in the apartment. Shower was good. Apartment was cosy. The host waited on us arriving and accommodated us early. (Although we were held up in traffic for 40 minutes.)

some of the furniture and crockery is worn but all still fully functional and for Paris it is great value especially with the 3 separate areas for sleeping. They are doing up the stairs and the main entrance but the work didn't disturb us.

Average location. Lots of walking to get anywhere of interest or have to catch buses. Book closer!

The gentleman we met on arrival was pleasant and very informative.

We were charged for an extra nights accommodation the night before we arrived but didn't stay that night and checked in after lunch the next day as originally booked. They said they'd reimburse us but after sending emails for 3 weeks, they have not replied to us or reimbursed the money. The apartment needs to be renovated and tidied up a bit as looking tired.

Grand appartement avec super emplacement à Paris

Super emplacement dans le Marais, à proximité de divers points touristiques de Paris à pied, proche du métro et autres transports publics. L’appartement est bien équipé, sympa et grand pour 6 personnes. Il est situé au 1er étage sans ascenseur. Accueil très bien avec remise des clés en main propre.

L’appartement commence à vieillir notamment les fenêtres qui donnent sur la rue ne sont plus hermétiques donc mauvaise isolation phonique et thermique (mais avec les radiateurs, nous avions eu chaud dans l’appartement, c’est + une question d’énergie/faire attention). À noter aussi que le canapé qui se déplie dans le salon n’est plus tout jeune donc il est creusé au milieu !

De locatie is echt super! De communicatie met de beheerder ook heel vlot en prettig. Leuke tips en verder heel gastvrij.

Bedden waren beetje hard en slaapbank beetje zacht, maar was niet echt een groot probleem. Keuken beetje onhandig maar ook niet echt een issue.

Bel appartement et très bien situé dans Paris

J'ai aimé la ponctualité de Steve qui nous attendais à l'appartement pour la remise de la clef de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien et il est très bien situé.

Rien à signaler de problématique. Je tiens à prévenir les touristes de faire très attention aux pickpockets agissant dans le métro, un portefeuille ayant été volé à mon père, le dernier jour de notre séjour lors du retour du musée de l'armée et des lnvalides. Bien entendu cela n'a aucun rapport avec la qualité de l'appartement que nous avons apprécier mais je tenais à le signaler.

Apartamento cerca de Notre dam

Lo mejor son las camas y la situacion. Muy cerca de Notre dam. A unos minutos andando hay un Carrefour express que estaba abierto en domingo y el sabado hasta tarde y justo debajo hay restaurantes.

Si hubieramos estado mucho en el apartamento igual la cocina por la situacion en la que esta (en un pasillo con un escalon) pero como fue solo para el desayuno y preparar bocatas de torti etc, todo bien.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, está muy céntrico pero las ventanas dan a una calle muy tranquila.
