223 Suite Rothschild - Superb apartment in Paris

Location was great. thanks hosts for everything.

There was only 5 towels (not 6)

It’s was super and comfortable

Everything was good

Good location (20 min walking to Louvre and about the same to Notre Dame) and nice price. All in all if you stay a few nights it’s pretty decent. Clean apartment and hallway.

We missed additional things like dishwasher caps and coffee capsules (for 5 people they only provided two) and upon request we were promised to receive them, yet in the end we didn’t. The apartment is quite dark during the daytime. I’d also say that on pictures it looks much better than it is in real life.

The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station by foot. As a family with young children, we found the area occasionally felt unsafe—particularly at night, when there was frequent yelling and noise from the street below. We also realized it was close to a red light district.

We stayed in early July. While we understand it's not the peak of summer, there was a heatwave during our visit, with temperatures reaching the high 30s°C. We recognize that air conditioning may not be standard, but it would be helpful to provide fans during extreme heat to make the stay more comfortable. We had to keep the windows open at night, but it remained very hot and the street noise below made it difficult to sleep. As a result, our five-night stay was not very restful. Additionally, the clothesline provided was broken, so I wasn’t able to hang my laundry. The kettle was dirty inside, and some pillowcases had noticeable stains.
