223 Suite Rothschild - Superb apartment in Paris

Abbiamo soggiornato a metà agosto per quattro giorni, due adulti e due ragazze, la cucina è completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici che funzionano benissimo, il soggiorno è veramente comodo e ben ventilato e illuminato per la presenza di due finestre ed è veramente un plus rispetto a stare seduto nel letto di una camera d'albergo, divano comodo per riposare o guardare la tv, le due camere da letto entrambi matrimoniali sono ben insonorizzate e dotate di tv, anche qui ottima luminosità e passaggio di aria dalle finestre. Il bagno è ok e sono presenti due phon, comodissima la lavatrice/asciugatrice. Il quartiere è ricco di servizi, bar, ristoranti, supermercati ecc. ed è molto vivace in qualsiasi orario, la strada al momento è chiusa al traffico veicolare ad eccezione del carico/scarico, l'appartamento è ad un minuto a piedi dalla fermata della metro di Réaumur - Sébastopol che sfruttando bene i cambi con le altre linee è collegata con tutta la città, per ogni tratta con 2,10€/2,55€ (metro + treno) ci siamo spostati ovunque. Bella esperienza e sicuramente mi sento di consigliare questo appartamento. Aggiungo infine l'ottima disponibilità e la rapidità nelle risposte da parte dell'Host.

Excellent central location - Sentier is a great area close to the fabulous rue Montorgeuil.

There was only 5 towels (not 6)

The location was convenient, with easy access to the train station by foot. As a family with young children, we found the area occasionally felt unsafe—particularly at night, when there was frequent yelling and noise from the street below. We also realized it was close to a red light district.

We stayed in early July. While we understand it's not the peak of summer, there was a heatwave during our visit, with temperatures reaching the high 30s°C. We recognize that air conditioning may not be standard, but it would be helpful to provide fans during extreme heat to make the stay more comfortable. We had to keep the windows open at night, but it remained very hot and the street noise below made it difficult to sleep. As a result, our five-night stay was not very restful. Additionally, the clothesline provided was broken, so I wasn’t able to hang my laundry. The kettle was dirty inside, and some pillowcases had noticeable stains.
