Affordable and a close stay to the city center, but no amenities.

The flat was in a great location in Paris, and we could drive anywhere significant within 30 to 45 minutes. It had plenty of stores and restaurants within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance and the public transportation was also right outside of the door. While it was a small space for us (five people) it was comfortable and everyone slept well. The kitchen was easy for us to use, and there were enough cups and utensils for us to eat. This was a cold winter, but the heating worked very well, we had to open the window to cool off. We liked that it had a washing machine, but we don’t recommend running it at night because you’ll be up for two hours. We included a picture of the view from the window, it is a decent neighborhood.

The flat was on the fifth floor, and the elevator only had enough space for two people or one person and one suitcase. There was no parking with the apartment, which we knew coming in, however, there was no advice on where to park and it took us an hour with Google maps to finally find the one within two blocks of the flat. There was no functioning outlet in the bedroom, and one of the outlets was protruding from the wall. The shower consisted of a handheld hose, but did not have any anywhere to mount it so we had to hold it the whole shower or turn it off to bathe. There was no face towels provided, just a bath towel for each person. We had to buy our own toilet paper. No Wi-Fi was included, but we use this coming in so it is not a gig against the owners. The only other thing I would ask the owner is to give everything a good wipe down before the next guest come because many surfaces were dusty or not recently cleaned.

Casa tanto bella ma da fare una bella pulizia profonda

mi è piaciuta molto la posizione in cui si trova la casa, proprio vicino alla metro. casa in tipico stile parigino. bella ma poco pulita. il letto della camera da letto è molto comodo. Casa calda e spaziosa ma da rivedere qualcosina.

Mancavano alcune federe dei cuscini e le lenzuola e i piumini facevo fatica a capire se fossero davvero pulite. non avevano quel senso di freschezza e pulizia, meglio trovarle sul letto piegate o meglio ancora i letti già pronti, visto che non sapevo come si apriva il divano. Vorrei darvi un consiglio spero che lo accetterete per migliorare: lasciare una spugna nuova per i piatti (quella era intoccabile) e prodotti per la pulizia del bagno, non c'era nulla. ci avete lasciato con mezzo rotolo di carta igienica 6 di noi per 4 giorni, praticamente al secondo giorno era finita. un pò più pulizia in generale e di attenzione a queste cose come detersivi e spugne nuove. Vorrei segnalarvi un ciuffo di peli nell'angolo del bagno che non era nostro!

Decebedor

La ubicació.

Lamentem molt en incident que es va produir en arribar a l'apartament. En estirar de la cadena del WC, la cisterna ens va caure a sobre. Instal·lació precària, no estava ancorada a la paret i la connexió del tub de desguàs estava subjecte amb cinta aïllant. Vam avisar el propietari, però fins al dia següent no van arreglar la cisterna. Vam trobar a faltar la cafetera i l'assecador, accessoris inclosos al llistat de serveis. Vam fer una reclamació al propietari, però no vam tenir resposta. Hi ha elements que necessiten una reparació, endolls, el pany de la porta d’entrada, etc. Manquen cortines a les finestres, per evitar l'entrada de la llum del carrer als matins.

appartement très bien situé dans quartier vivant ,proche des transports pour visiter Paris. logement agréable dans son ensemble.

problème à l'arrivée: le logement n'était pas prêt, (ménage en cours à 18h30) Éléments de la liste manquants (cafetière,sèche cheveux) ou à renouveler (verres) et matériel à réparer( prise électrique, robinet de l'évier...) absence de consignes pour la wifi, la gestion des déchets...
