Large appartment in a wonderful location.

The ease of getting into the appartment, I was messaged that afternoon with instructions. It was a big appartment with 2 bathrooms. The area was fabulous, great shops etc and so close to the Metro, we felt safe.

It would have been nice to have had more than one toilet roll given there were 2 bathrooms. Also, a little coffee or tea would be great so we could make a cup upon arrival.

The location was ideal to see the sights of Paris. The apartment was spacious with an ensuite bedroom as you go into the apartment and a second bedroom through the living area. The living area also has a sofa bed to accommodate our family.

This is not a negative, just a comment if you have mobility issues. It is on the 3rd floor with windy stairs, but this was not an issue for our family

Nice place, but no support from hosts

Good location and clean

The experience with the hosts were horrible. Like another reviewer already mentioned, after I booked on booking.com, they sent me a note that my payment through booking.com did not go through. I updated my credit card information with another card on booking.com but that did not work either. In order to get the room, I had to pay outside of booking.com. Communication with the host was almost non-existent. They advertised free wifi, but there were no wifi connection instructions. After several messages to them, they responded a few hours later that someone would install fiber soon. After several more times to reach them, they gave me a wifi name and password a couple hours after that - which did not exist at the property. The frustration was less about the wifi and more about the lack of communication and lack of care from the hosts when they advertised something that was not present in the apartment.

Pozytywne wrażenia:)

Świetna lokalizacja za dobrą cenę - do wieży Eiffla jest ok. 20-25 minut piechotą, do Luwru, Notre Dame troszkę ponad godzinę, do Łuku Triumfalnego 1h 20 min. Tak w przybliżeniu. Kilka kroków do metra i autobusu, blisko sklepy, zarówno małe osiedlowe, jak i większe. Lokalizacja jest naprawdę super. W mieszkaniu 2 osobne łazienki z prysznicem - jedna jest przy jednym pokoju, druga na korytarzyku. 3 łóżka, na których zmieści się spokojnie łącznie 5 (a nawet i 6) osób. Było 5 ręczników, po jednym dla każdego. W kuchni stół i krzesła - można wspólnie jadać. Jest wifi, bardzo dobre. Trochę miałam stracha, bo trzeba płacić przez link do strony, którą obiekt wysyła, a nie przez booking, ale wyczytałam że w Paryżu często tak robią. Na szczęście było wszystko okej. Kontakt z obiektem bardzo dobry, najpierw przez booking, później przechodzi się do opiekuna na whatsappie. 3 piętro z zakręconymi schodami, ale dla nas to nie był problem. Ogólnie biorąc pod uwagę cenę, lokalizację i komunikację, to naprawdę warto wziąć to mieszkanie pod uwagę przy rezerwacji. :)

Minus w sumie jest jeden - bardzo niewiele kuchennych rzeczy. Dwie nieduże patelnie, dwa małe garnki, tylko 4 kubki, niewiele talerzy, nie ma glebokich talerzy, są tylko malutkie miseczki, nie ma ręcznika kuchennego do wycierania czy do odkładania mokrych talerzy... Jest ogromna zmywarka, ale do tych paru sztućców to szkoda ją uruchamiać ;) jak to Państwo naprawicie, to naprawdę będzie super! :)

Appartamento tranquillo, pulito, manca un po' d'attenzione al cliente

L'appartamento era pulito, buona posizione a 2Km dalla Torre Eiffel, tranquillo, situato al 3 piano senza ascensore, per noi non è stato un problema, silenzioso

Nella cucina c'erano sia la macchina del caffe' che il bollitore, peccato che non ci fosse nemmeno una cialda ed una bustina per poterle usare, a questo punto mi sembra totalmente inutile averle, sarebbe stato sicuramente una gentilezza in più. Peccato che non ci abbiano permesso di posare i bagagli in stanza prima del check-in, come quasi sempre ci è capitato di fare, che è stato alle 16,00, ed il ns arrivo è stato alle 10,00, richiesto più volte, ma senza risultato.

Onaangenaam door gebrekkige hygiëne en té basic inrichting

Ik boekte dit appartement uitdrukkelijk met twee slaapkamers, maar bij aankomst was het tweede bed niet opgemaakt. Na dit te melden kreeg ik als reactie dat ik wel voor twee personen had geboekt, maar niets had gezegd over het gebruik van de tweede slaapkamer. Daarna werd niet meer gereageerd. Ik heb me uiteindelijk moeten behelpen met donsdekens die onderin het zetelbed lagen, zonder lakens en zichtbaar vuil, met vlekken. Hetzelfde gold voor het hoofdkussen, dat zonder hoes en onhygiënisch was. Ook de algemene netheid liet sterk te wensen over: vuile keukenvloer, vette en onaangenaam ruikende dampkap, geen keukenhanddoeken of vaatdoeken. De zogezegde “gratis toiletartikelen” bleken beperkt tot één klein potje douchegel. Er was geen extra badmat voor de tweede badkamer en geen wijnglazen. De keuken was bovendien zeer beperkt uitgerust. Kortom: onvoldoende hygiëne, gebrekkige uitrusting en een onbehulpzame communicatie. Voor mij zeker geen aanrader.

Z chęcią tam wrócę.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w spokojnej, dobrze skomunikowanej okolicy. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko apartamentu. Mieszkanie spore - dwie sypialnie, dwie łazienki, duża przestrzeń jadalno-kuchenna. Bardzo proste i klarowne instrukcje zameldowania. Dobry i szybki kontakt z Gospodarzem. Trochę inna niż zwykle na bookingu metoda płatności - bezpośrednio do wynajmującego - u mnie przebiegła bezproblemowo.

Drobiazgi - za mało kubków, brak wieszaków. Nie ma windy.

A acomodação é perfeita, fomos e voltamos da torre a pé, 30 minutos de caminhada, e a banquinha de frutas da esquina tem o melhor atendimento de Paris, ele é super atencioso e fica aberto até tarde e fala algumas palavras em Português....kkk O que facilita pra gente né...amamos

Belle emplacement dans Paris et charmant appartement

l'emplacement dans Paris et le charme de l'appartement.

Le canapé lit qui n'était pas fonctionnel et pas préparé alors que nous avions spécifié que nous étions 6 personnes. Quand j'ai prévenue la personne par sms, elle m' a dit qu'elle n'avait pas vu le canapé lit cassé et que cela serait réparé le lendemain sauf que nous restions que pour une nuit. Donc nous avons du poser le matelas parterre pour passer la nuit.

Die Lage war sehr gut.Wir könnten zu Fuss zum Eifelturm laufen.Viele Schöne Restaurants und Läden Direkt um die Ecke.Einkaufladen direkt auf der selben Straße wie die Unterkunft

Eins unserer Betten war defekt,wurde nach der Ersten Nacht aber behoben.Es gab für das Dritte Bett keine Decken obwohl ich es des öfteren erwähnt habe.Ein Fenster war defekt und man könnte es nicht schließen.Wir hatten für Drei übernachtungen mit 6 Personen nur drei Handtücher und es wurden keine weiteren gebracht.

Paryż w 4 dni

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie, w dobrej lokalizacji (metro, sklepy, restauracje). Mieszkanie ma dwie łazienki co jest dużym plusem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Jedyne czego mi brakowało to takie drobiazgi jak np. sól i cukier, ale to takie drobiazgi.

Vous devez vraiment vous améliorer, je peux dire qu’il y a tout à revoir. Le canapé-lit du salon était abîmé, la maison n’était pas propre, on le sentait, et le linge de lit non plus n’était pas propre. Comme je suis allergique, je n’ai pas bien dormi.

Große Wohnung in zentraler Lage für 4-6 Personen

Die Lage, die Größe der Wohnung, die Einrichtung, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe über einen Türcode und einen Safe, 2 Bäder mit WC vorhanden. Super geeignet für 4 Personen, 2 zusätzliche Personen können auf einer Schlafcouch schlafen. In der Nähe gibt es Cafés, Restaurants + einen Supermarkt. Metro ist auch fußläufig erreichbar, wir waren aber mit dem Fahrrad in der Stadt unterwegs

WLAN funktionierte nicht, Spülmaschine funktionierte auch nicht, Küche ist mager ausgestattet. Die direkte Bezahlung über Booking.com hat auch bei uns nicht funktioniert, wir mussten unsere Kreditkartendaten über einen extra Link eingeben. Die Kommunikation lief über whats app, dass ist eher ungewöhnlich, aber hat geklappt (Zugangsdaten kamen als Foto per whats app)

Waarschuwing: boek deze accommodatie absoluut niet – wij stonden letterlijk op straat in Parijs

Wij hadden deze accommodatie geboekt via Booking.com, en zagen dat het ging om een recent aangemeld appartement zonder reviews. We dachten: prima, iedereen moet ergens beginnen. Helaas bleek dat een grote fout. Kort na het boeken ontvingen we een aparte betalingslink. Dat vonden we vreemd, want normaal regel je betaling gewoon via Booking.com zelf – veilig en vertrouwd. Toch probeerden we het. We werden via een betalingslink doorgestuurd naar een onbekende betaalpagina waar we telkens foutmeldingen kregen dat de naam van de kaarthouder niet klopte – terwijl we die exact goed invoerden en hier nog nooit eerder problemen mee hebben ervaren. We namen contact op via Booking en kregen een nieuwe link toegestuurd. Wederom werkte deze niet. Vervolgens belden we, waarop we gerustgesteld werden: geen zorgen, jullie kunnen morgen in Parijs betalen bij het "kantoor", vijf minuten van het appartement. Eenmaal in Parijs stonden we voor een gesloten deur. We belden opnieuw, maar kregen alleen te horen dat we eerst via de betalingslink moesten betalen voordat we naar binnen konden, wat vreemd was omdat dit gisteren geen probleem was. We legden uit dat de link opnieuw niet werkte en er niets mis was met de creditcard zelf en er voldoende saldo op stond. Daarna vroegen we naar alternatieven: een gewone bankoverschrijving, betaling via iDEAL, contant geld... alles werd geweigerd. Ze bleven erop hameren dat de enige optie de link was. We hebben al jarenlang ervaring met Booking.com en hebben nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Dit voelde vanaf het begin niet professioneel, maar we bleven het voordeel van de twijfel geven. Uiteindelijk stonden we letterlijk op straat. Geen toegang, geen hulp, alleen afwijzing en onbegrip. De man die we eerder spraken verwees ineens naar een zekere “Sarah”, die ook nergens toe bereid was. Ons verhaal werd in twijfel getrokken. Geen enkele moeite om tot een oplossing te komen. Geen empathie. Geen service. Boek dit appartement alsjeblieft niet.
