It was ok.

Near the metro.

Too cramped space. I’m with my little daughter so it’s ok. But 2 adults in the room would be difficult. No place to keep the luggage. Was difficult to go around carrying our bags

I didn't stay. I could not have slept there for the smell of cleaning products.

The view out of the window. The cleanliness and neatness.

There was not reception, a fact I had missed when I organised this alternative accommodation instead of my initial choice. There was no common area (a pity for a "CO-working" place). The building on the photos is actually the nice view out of the window. The rooms are over the road... There was an overpowering smell of chemical cleaning products in the room and half an hour of airing the room changed nothing. The smell in the shower room was different, less strong. The room was even smaller than I had guessed it would be and I could just about have put my laptop on the desk and added any other items around it. Because of the excessive smell, I couldn't have slept with the window open with the cold and potential noise so I rang the number and cancelled. I am not satisfied that they do not want to reimburse my booking. A complete disappointment (for the first time amongst all my years using booking.com). If you are strapped for money and don't mind suffocating smells, it'd do fine. The area is fine and the place is clean and welcoming enough.

Great studio in the heart of Auteuil

The space was really nice: a room with a fan over the best, access to a balcony, two cupboards with hangers, a kitchen space, an office space and the bathroom. The breakfast box has everything you may want for a French breakfast and it was delivered before 6AM, so it just waits in front of your door. The staff was quite responsive on WhatsApp eventhough there was no one onsite.

It is true you can hear the subway from the room. It wasn't a big problem for me. The door code was a little hard to figure out on my own but it worked eventually. Seeing the comments, I asked earlier before my arrival (but on the same day) for the check-in instructions. They missed a breakfast box on one day, which was not big deal for me and which they subtracted from the daily city tax that you need to leave in cash at the end of your stay.

Practical place for an overnight stay, clean but unpleasant smell persisting during the night.

Easy self-check-in, close to metro station, staff available for questions and helpful. Apartment very small but clean and well equipped.

There was an artificial smell inside (vaping or cheap air perfume???), unfortunately the window opened only very little andi it was noisiy outside, so I couldn't get rid of it.

Accès mal indiqué. Support du code d Accès au logement dysfonctionnant. Ai failli dormir ds le couloir. Système de resa pas du tout arrangeant. Me suis trompée d'un mous sur ma date de séjour . Malgré une nouvelle resa aussitôt. Aucune possibilité d'annulation Malgré explications évidentes. Je séjourne à Paris au moins 4 fois par mois. De fait je ne recommande pas du tout !!!

Propre mais bruyant

J'ai apprécié la propreté du logement et la décoration. L'emplacement pour moi était bien. Même si il n'y a pas de réception l'envoi de messages marque une présence si besoin

On ressent trop le passage du métro (j'étais au 1er étage) Pas de produit pour le corps et cheveux dans la douche La taxe de séjour est par appartement et non par personne c'est à dire que si vous êtes seul (e) dans votre logement pour deux personnes vous payez pour deux personnes ! Pas cool

Portes OUVERTES à notre retour à 23h (quelle sécurité?) chambre minuscule et sonore, qui vibre à chaque métro

Bien situé par rapport au Parc des Princes Chambre minuscule mais propre

C’était prévu que Plusieurs Portes s’ ouvrent avec des codes. A l’arrivée, c’était ok, même s’il n’était pas clair quel était le symbole « bell » sur la porte. Il y avait un trait avec un point (une sorte de i à l’envers) et un cercle avec un petit trait comme autres symboles en plus des chiffres. A 23.00, quand nous sommes rentrés, il suffisait de pousser ou tirer les portes pour qu’elles s’ouvrent. Je trouve là aucune sécurité ! Et nous avons fait le code faux à notre porte d’entrée et la porte s’est ouverte! De plus, nous avons pu ouvrir la fenêtre sans la déverrouiller : c’est à dire qu’il serait possible de l’ouvrir depuis dehors (nous sommes au rez!) Et pour finir, le prix de la chambre est beaucoup trop élevé selon moi, étant donné les inconforts sonores et vibratoires (on entend et on sent tous les métros passer) et la petitesse de l’espace!

Tutto. Al nostro arrivo ci é stata affidata una stanza sporca, con peli a terra e sul letto, lenzuola ribaltate e sporcizia ovunque. Il personale ci ha preso in giro in più chiamate dicendo che la ditta di pulizie stava arrivando. Ha compromesso 2 giorni su 4 della nostra vacanza a Parigi. Una volta pulita la stanza, la sporcizia é rimasta.

Очень понравилось расположение, хороший спокойный и чистый район. Номер чистый, уютный. Подходит и для отдыха и для работы. Метро в двух шагах. Так же близко находятся продуктовые магазины и булочная с нереально вкусной выпечкой и с очаровательным персоналом.

Le personnel de ménage est très correct. Le personnel de la plateforme est également très réactif et sympathique -

l'entrée du logement est difficile à trouver. Il faut avoir des codes : pour la porte du bas, pour la porte du sas, pour la porte du haut, pour la chambre ! ça n'est vraiment pas pratique pour des gens pas trop connectés! Le logement est minuscule, en fait le lit se relève - entre les petites marches et la tablette/bureau, la circulation dans la chambre est compliquée si le lit est fait. A noter également que la proximité avec le métro est un atout pour les déplacement mais pas pour le BRUIT, on l'entend de la chambre !

Tiene una parada de metro al lado (líneas 9 y 10) El sitio es prácticamente nuevo El barrio es normal, es residencial y no hay gente rara Al lado hay un restaurante de comida china que se llama Chez Liqi que me ha salvado varios días para cenar, además hay un Carrefour bastante grande a pocos minutos que tiene de todo, y mucha comida preparada

Al llevarlo una empresa y no un particular no nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de las 3 aunque la habitación ya estuviese preparada antes de esa hora, directamente no nos dieron ninguna opción. En el baño no quedaba gel de ducha. La ropa de cama no sabemos si estaba limpia o no ya que no olía a limpio, olía un poco raro. La puerta del portal siempre estaba abierta.
