I had an amazing stay at Hôtel Botaniste. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and tucked away in a lovely part of the 16th arrondissement, but what truly made my experience exceptional was the staff.
A special thank you to Rose and Maria. My luggage was lost by the airline when I arrived in Paris, and they went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly attentive, let me use the front desk phone, helped me communicate with the airport, and genuinely cared about getting my bag back. Their kindness made a stressful situation so much easier.
Paris was in the middle of a heatwave, and they kindly brought me two fans to help keep my room comfortable. It was such a thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated.
Outstanding hospitality like this is hard to find. Thank you, Rose and Maria, for your warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Hôtel Botaniste to anyone visiting Paris.

Great location in walking distance to the metro. Staff very responsive to customer concerns. Room is clean and bed comfortable. I was upgraded to a nicer room. Will stay here again next time I visit Paris.
