Room a little small, too hot in the room and restricted hours to the spa.

Location and cleanness
The attitude of the lady who managed the check out.
She did forget to hand me back the deposit of 150 euros cash I made at the check in. I had to claim it and obviously wasn’t happy with mistake she made.
Her behavior was unprofessional.

Very clean and nicely styled hotel.
They have not yet refunded my deposit, which they told me would automatically be returned. Also thd room was on the small side. Most disappointing was the Spar itself, the sauna was extremely small and pool only really big enough for two people to swing up and down. Breakfast visit ok but could have been more variety.
