Comfortable

The room was very Tiny but comfortable for one person and has everything I need. Bed were comfortable and high ceiling with nice window opening in the street

We loved our stay at WS Louve and Paris.

Excellent position just around the corner from the Vendome and walking distance to most things and also the Metro. The bathroom was a good size and the two sleeping areas were seperate. Comfortable bed. There was also a seperate kitchen with a fridge and kettle. Excellent restaurants and Beaujolais on the same street.

It was ground floor with a large window in the main bedroom facing onto a busy footpath and road. Next door was a tobacconist and every morning men gathered to smoke and talk under our window which was broken and couldn’t be closed properly so smoke entered the room. The table in the kitchen was shakey and there were two bowls for three people, no sharp knife and only 4 towels for 3 people for 7 days.

I would have preferred to have slept under a bridge!

The property was in a great location and easy to enter. Everything inside looked modern but that was just a facade.

#1 - There was an awful smell that persisted though our stay from the bathroom (as if someone had thrown up in the shower). We had to keep the door closed and struggled to use the bathroom. #2 - The ceiling fan to move air around the room was covered in dust, the moment we turned it on an avalanche of dust fell onto the bed. This affected our sleep immensely as one of us is allergic to dust, therefore they struggled to breath. #3 - The windows had no handles… we were trapped inside a box with no access to fresh air. #4 - No manner to control the air temperature in the room, this was extremely uncomfortable during the night when trying to sleep, easily overheating in a stale room. #5 - Response from the hosts was poor at best, we commented on the handless windows and dust with their response being useless and helpless.

The room was a good size for central Paris and had several amenities including a kitchen area with plates, hot plate etc. being on a higher floor it was quiet enough as well. Responsive team and secure building.

We were informed of a delay in check in time, from 3 to 5. Ultimately our flight was delayed so this was not an issue. A strong smell of sewage from the bathroom concealed by strong air freshener. This was resolved the next day after we asked. The fan is not effective so it can get warm. An old and dirty kitchen sponge.

The room was not prepared for us, and was filthy. We got transferred to another apartment much further away from our preferred location which cost time and money in transfers.

Great stay - great location. Good value

It was super cute. Very comfortable. Very quiet and perfect location. Highly recommend if you are trying to travel economically to Paris.

It didn’t trouble us but probably not ideal for older people with all the door codes (3) and the lift only went to 4th floor so had to use stairs for last flight as we were on 5th floor - a bit tricky with luggage.

A comfortable stay for a great Paris experience in a fantastic location.

The location is fantastic very central and within walking distance to everything. The house is clean, stylishly designed, and situated in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. It was really convenient for three people, thanks to the separate living spaces. The items and furniture in the house were of high quality, and overall, it felt well-maintained. Communication was also excellent; they were very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp, which made everything easier.

There’s no air conditioning, and during sunny hours, the room can get quite warm, the ceiling fan isn’t very effective. Also, there were no complimentary items like water or coffee, which would have been nice. Extra services such as cleaning or towel changes were available but came at a high cost.

A pleasurable short stay in the City of Lights

The location of this property is excellent , I hadn’t realized how convenient it was to the Roissy Bus, Gare Saint Lazare and the metro. It was also located near the Opera Garnier , Haussmann Blvd. and so many more sights within walking distance. To top it off the famous pastry chef Cédric Groulet has a cafe right down the block. They open at 9 grab pastry and coffee and bring it back to the room if you like an early morning treat. I also liked that there’s an elevator and entering and exiting the building is very easy.

Location was good

Room was very small and not arranged well. Bed was against the wall on head and one side and foot space was so narrow it required some twisting to place your feet on the floor and even then you had to stand on the curtain. Also neither side of the bed had a night stand so one person had to place their glasses and phone on the floor and the other person had no place for anything.

Great Location, near the Metro station, and walking distance to many interesting areas if one likes walking a bit. Modern and clean, completely automatic. Kitchenette is well equipped if one likes to cook a quick meal.

The location was amazing. I would recommend staying here for the price they offer.

The location was great, a short walk away from the Louvre and all the surrounding museums. The owners communicated frequently with all of my questions and concerns. The checkin process was very smooth. There is a small window that lets you look out onto the street from the Juliet balcony. This apartment is small so very compact but there was just enough space that both my wife and I can be opening our suit cases in separate areas to move things around in our suit cases. The small table and shelving provides enough space to sit down, eat, write, read, etc.

There was a smell coming out of the bathroom randomly. Please note that like many other Paris hotels/airbnbs, there is no fan in the bathroom. The smell makes me think that the wax seal or the gas trap in the toilet is no longer secure and the sewage smell is leaking out. The right side of the bed is only about a meter (or less) to the bathroom door so that odour reaches anyone sleeping on the edge of the bed every morning. We tried keeping the door shut and the toilet seat cover closed but the smell still escaped. Hopefully they can change out the toilet and this property would easily be a 10/10.

Amazing value for a great location with only some tiny compromises.

Great location, amazing value for money, clean and nearly everything you need.

The sheets were very scratchy, I had to wrap something around my pillow to sleep. There was a safety light blinking all night that made me dizzy when I went to the toilet at night - but not an issue when sleeping. And it’s a bit annoying when there’s an ok kitchen but no coffee, salt, pepper and oil.

La saleté!! Le lit 140x est coincé entre un mur et la baie vitrée du règlement de chaussée. La chambre est sale, cheveux dans la douche et le lavabo. Par terre non nettoyer Aération, au dessus du lit, pleine de poussière, n'a sans doute jamais ete nettoyee. Les nombreux messages qui ne m'étaient pas destiné, et pourtant avisé plusieurs fois. Et les linges de bains, tellement usés qu'ils s'effiloche.

Pequeñito y estrecho, pero cómodo. Muy céntrico.

Muy antentos en todo momento, aunque no hubo trato en persona, no hubo imprevistos que solventar con ellos. El sitio es céntrico, limpio y acogedor.

El sitio tiene muchos escalones, tanto al entrar como dentro del apartamento, lo que acaba con tropezones indeseados. Alguna noche hubo algo de ruido en la calle, pero en general se descansa bien. Es un estudio algo estrecho, pero se puede apañar bien una pareja. Llevábamos nuestro propio gel y champú, el que había en el apartamento parecía relleno de agua.

Die Lage ist super. Das Einchecken mittels Code einfach. Die Aussicht auf die Rue unterhaltsam - nachts dennoch ruhig. Geschmackvolle Farbenwahl des Interieurs, gute Anordnung der Räume. Möbel I.O, Bett bequem.

Das Fenster liess sich nicht öffnen. Die Tapete war teils losgelöst, die Fenstervorhänge ausgefranst mit Flecken (Rotz?). Die Sessel-/Stuhllehnen teils wackelig. Die Barhocker wenig gemütlich.
