The hote location is amazing, STAFF - ALL OF THEM are sooooo professional and friendly and VERY accommodating! They also remember my prefereces!!!! I absolutely recommend this hotel 1000%

BED was so comfortable, room is amazing!!! ALSO Lara, Linda, Nuntida - all are SOOOO sweet and nice - the staffs are soo kind and professional! LOVE THIS HOTEL!

Everything- location, luxury and superior service, seriously the best place we have stayed in Paris. Large elevator for luggage, the complimentary tea and delicious cake in the afternoon, with later in the day the seasonal fruit buffet was well received. The champagne welcome and chocolate bears were such a fabulous treat, the cooling spray and fans as gifts were such an excellent and thoughtful way to start our summer stay. This hotel is super special..
